SWING ARM IDLER RISE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
An idler wheel recoil assembly mounts an idler wheel to a roller frame of an undercarriage of a track-type machine. The idler wheel recoil assembly includes a recoil shaft and spring mounted on the roller frame for reciprocal movement of the recoil shaft, and a swing arm pivotally connected to a guard mounted on the roller frame by a guard mounting assembly and having the idler wheel rotatably mounted thereon. A yoke is pivotally connected between the recoil shaft and the swing arm. A guard mounting assembly connects the guard to the roller frame of the undercarriage and has a plurality of mounting positions for securing the guard to the roller frame, with an idler rise height of the idler wheel relative to the roller frame being different when the guard is secured to the roller frame in each of the plurality of mounting positions of the guard mounting assembly.
Quick Disconnect Joystick System and Method
Systems and methods of adapting a work machine to operate a plurality of interchangeable work tools. Systems according to the disclosure employ interchangeable joystick controllers, each having different configurations optimized to the operator and/or the particular operating parameters and/or requirements of the selected work tool. Each of the joysticks has a standardized mechanical and/or electrical connection for attachment to the work machine via a standardized base. The base receives control communications from the selected/paired joystick and is configured to adapt the control communications to a standardized signal format such that the work machine operates the work tool according to inputs from the selected joystick.
CONVERTIBLE BOX BLADE SCRAPER APPARATUS
A convertible box blade scraper apparatus includes a frame assembly including a first sidewall, a second sidewall, one or more shank support cross-members, a first blade support cross-member having a first scraper blade secured thereto, a second blade support cross-member extending between and secured to the first sidewall and the second sidewall, and having a second scraper blade and a leveling blade secured thereto, and a moldboard support cross-member, the moldboard support cross-member having a moldboard support longitudinal center axis. The apparatus further includes an elongated moldboard having an arc-shaped front surface that extends between a moldboard top edge and a moldboard bottom edge, the moldboard including one or more pivot arms rotatably coupled to the moldboard support cross-member to provide the moldboard with a pivot axis, wherein the pivot axis is coincident with the moldboard support longitudinal center axis, and further including a hitch assembly.
Bulldozer
A bulldozer comprises a blade, an engine, a selective catalytic reduction device, a reducing agent tank, and a cab. The engine is disposed behind the blade. The selective catalytic reduction device treats exhaust from the engine. The reducing agent tank stores a reducing agent used by the selective catalytic reduction device. The cab is disposed behind the engine. The reducing agent tank is disposed on a first side of a lower part of the cab. At least a part of the reducing agent tank overlaps the cab when viewed from a top view.
Rock Blade
A movable blade assembly which can be attached to the front or rear of a vehicle and the height of the blade can be adjusted with respect to a roadway such that the blade only comes into contact with relatively large debris and moves them from the roadway.
Berm repair assembly
A berm repair assembly repairs a berm adjacent to a roadway. The assembly includes a hitch configured for coupling to a vehicle. An elongated frame has a main section coupled to the hitch. A triangular first outer section of the frame is coupled to and extends from the main section of the frame terminating at a first end of the frame. The first end of the frame is positioned in laterally spaced relationship to the hitch. A leveler is coupled to the first outer section of the frame. The leveler has a substantially V-shaped medial section and a pair of spaced opposed side walls. Each side wall extends from an associated end of the medial section.
Reducing agent tank module
A bulldozer comprises a blade, an engine, a selective catalytic reduction device, a reducing agent tank, and a cab. The engine is disposed behind the blade. The selective catalytic reduction device treats exhaust from the engine. The reducing agent tank stores a reducing agent to be supplied to the selective catalytic reduction device. The cab is disposed behind the engine. The reducing agent tank is disposed on a first side of a lower part of the cab. At least a part of the reducing agent tank overlaps the cab as seen in a top view.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a tank, an exterior cover, an openable cover, and a hinge member. The tank has a replenishing port. The exterior cover covers the tank and includes an opening section in a portion facing the replenishing port. The openable cover covers the opening section. The hinge member is provided between a lower end of the openable cover and the exterior cover and allows rotation of the openable cover. A recessed section is formed on an upper part of the hinge member when the openable cover is opened.
RECONFIGURABLE BOX BLADE
A reconfigurable box blade includes a box frame that includes a left sidewall, a right sidewall, and a scraping blade that spans laterally between the left sidewall and the right sidewall. The reconfigurable box blade also includes a means for attaching the box frame to a vehicle. The reconfigurable box blade has a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration includes the scraping blade being in contact with a ground surface, and, a longest dimension of the box blade oriented substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The second configuration includes the scraping blade being out of contact with the ground surface and the longest dimension of the box frame being substantially aligned with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
WORK MACHINE WITH A GRADING BLADE ATTACHMENT HAVING A KNOCK DOWN BLADE ASSEMBLY
A grading blade attachment for a work machine comprising an attachment frame including an upper attachment frame portion and a rear attachment frame portion wherein the upper attachment frame portion has a frame length extending forward from the rear attachment frame portion. The attachment further includes a coupler bracket, a pivot beam, a left wheel assembly, a right wheel assembly, a grading blade, and a knock down blade. The knock down blade assembly is movably coupled to the upper attachment frame portion between an operative position and an inoperative position. The knock down blade assembly including a knock down blade positioned fore of the wheel assemblies connected to the upper attachment frame portion when in the operative position.
