MOBILE MATERIAL SIFTER
The concepts, systems and methods described herein are directed towards a device sifting soils. The device is provided to including: a frame having open areas at top, bottom, and rear side; a plurality of wheels coupled to the frame; a first screen coupled to the frame, wherein the first screen has a grid to receive material for sifting; a vibrating unit coupled to the first screen, wherein the vibrating unit is configured to vibrate the first screen such that small objects and dirt in the material pass through the screen and the open areas of the frame and the large objects in the material fall off from the first screen at a first side of the sifting device; and a tow hitch to be coupled to a vehicle, the vehicle pulling the sifting device using the tow hitch.
Hay bale spike and method of supporting a hay bale
Disclosed are hay bale spikes for tractors used to carry hay bales. A hay bale carrying system includes a frame attachable to a tractor. The frame includes a first spike rigidly connected and a second spike movably attached parallel to the first spike, where the second spike is movable to a position that is not parallel to the first spike. An opening in the frame may position a pin to matingly accept the second spike that includes a lever arm on the opposite side of the pin from the spike. The lever arm may include a connector near its end connectable to a hydraulic cylinder such that expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder provides leverage through the pin to the second spike to move the second spike from a first parallel position relative to the first spike to a second non-parallel position.
Digging bar attachment for toothed bucket
A digging attachment device for use with a toothed earth working bucket includes a contoured plate configured to be at least the width of the combined teeth of the bucket and extends over the ends of the teeth when seated. The device further includes a plurality of slots coupled to a lower surface of the plate. The slots are configured to accept the teeth of the bucket. The slots are tapered such that its internal distance within the slots relative to the lower surface of the plate progressively decreases to match the contour of the bucket teeth. The device further includes a fastener hole and fastener in communication with at least one of the plate and slots. The fastener is configured to be set within the countersink of the teeth fasteners. The device is secured without manipulation, adjustment, and removal of any portion of any earth working bucket.
ATTACHMENT-CONFIGURABLE SYSTEM FOR A WORK MACHINE
An attachment-configurable control system and method for a work machine, the work machine comprising a frame and a ground-engaging mechanism; a boom assembly coupled to the frame and moveable relative to the frame by a pair of first hydraulic cylinders, and an attachment coupler coupled to a distal section of the boom arms, the attachment coupler moveable relative to the frame by a pair of second hydraulic cylinders; an operator cab coupled to the frame, the operator cab comprising a joystick configured to move in at least a first direction, and at least a second direction wherein the second direction is transverse to the first direction; and a controller enabling an operator to command movement of a first attachment coupled to the boom assembly using a first movement command configuration a second attachment coupled to the boom assembly using a second movement command configuration.
Blade levelling apparatus with provision for mounted accessories
A levelling apparatus, that is typically as used on tractors, excavators and skid-steer vehicles, and references the levelling assembly and mounting options including directly to the existing blade of vehicles as well as other mounting arrangements. Preferred embodiments of a levelling apparatus include a blade body portion and body mounting portion connected by an arrangement of fixed and adjustable linkages, preferably hydraulic, to allow movement of the blade body portion, relative to the body mounting portion, in substantially an up and down direction, as well as rotational movement about an axis perpendicular to the general plane of an attached blade.
Method of modifying a bucket of a track loader and forming ditches with the modified track loader and apparatus therewith
Trench digging and carrying with the same bucket attachment present on one track vehicle, the created dual functionality saves both time and expense by doing on-site what would normally be required to be done with two separate vehicles and additional manpower. The bucket attachment is especially advantageous when used in areas with limited space. Another advantage is that the modification can be adapted to bucket vehicles of various sizes.
POWER OPERATED LOCKING SYSTEM FOR EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD
An adaptor includes a body defining a longitudinal axis, and a transverse axis that is normal to the longitudinal axis. The body also has a leading portion defining a lock receiving recess extending transversely at least partially through the leading portion. The leading portion defines at least one linear portion in the lock receiving recess that is configured to engage the power locking device.
CHISEL ARRANGEMENT FOR EXCAVATOR
A chisel arrangement is arranged to be connected to a pivotal tool mount on a work machine. A pivot axis of the tool mount forms an operative pivot axis of the chisel arrangement. The chisel arrangement includes a housing provided with a coupling portion which is arranged to be attachable to the tool mount. A reciprocatable chisel projects from an end portion of the housing. A clearing blade is rigidly attached to the housing remotely from the end portion and projects from the periphery of the housing and is provided with a forward edge which is substantially parallel to the operative pivot axis of the chisel arrangement.
BULLDOZER RAKE ASSEMBLY
A bulldozer rake assembly for facilitating a single bulldozer blade to be employed for grubbing and grading includes a bulldozer blade that is mountable on a bulldozer for grading. The bulldozer blade has a bottom edge and a top edge. A rake unit is pivotally coupled to the bulldozer blade. The rake unit is positionable in a deployed position having the rake unit being aligned with the bottom edge of the bulldozer blade. In this way the rake unit is positioned to engage roots and debris for grubbing. The rake unit is positionable in a stored position having the rake unit being aligned with the top edge of the bulldozer blade. In this way the bulldozer blade can engage earth for grading.
GROUND CONTOURING APPARATUS WITH PROVISION FOR MOUNTED ACCESSORIES
Disclosed is a ground modifying apparatus of a type sometimes known as levellers, typically as used on tractors and skid-steer vehicles. In current practice these are used for preparing, levelling, and contouring the ground. Such device includes at least an accessory body portion supporting a ground modifying accessory or includes a way to attach the same. The apparatus includes a travelling carriage assembly pivotably attached by a carriage pivot, about a rotational axis substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the apparatus. The carriage pivot is positioned lower than the center of gravity of the travelling carriage assembly.
