ELECTRIC UTILITY VEHICLE POWER CONTROL
A control system and method of controlling a utility vehicle. The system may include a controller, an energy mode input associated with a user input request to select one of at least two power modes, an implement control input associated with a user input request to select a movement of an implement, a drive control input associated with a user input request to select a movement of a drive system to propel the utility vehicle, and an attachment type input to further refine the allowed operating power states. The controller is adapted to determine a change between the plurality of operating power states in response to user input requests to automatically optimize machine performance and efficiency. Each of the plurality of operating power states includes a maximum electric current output and a maximum speed output of the electric motor.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Provide a hydraulic circuit that can prevent damage to the oil cooler while suppressing excessive rise in the temperature of the operating oil. The hydraulic circuit includes a control valve that controls supply of operating oil from the hydraulic pump to the work tool; a first return pipeline that connects the control valve with the operating oil tank; an oil cooler disposed in the first return pipeline on a downstream side of a first check valve; a second return conduit that branches from the first return pipeline and extends to the operating oil tank without passing through the oil cooler; a third return pipeline that branches from the pipeline and extends to the first return pipeline between the first check valve and the oil cooler; a solenoid valve disposed in the third return pipeline; an operating device that outputs an operating signal of the work tool; a controller that opens the control valve and the solenoid valve based on the signal output from the operating device; and an operating oil temperature sensor. The controller reduces the amount of operating oil passing through the oil cooler when a temperature detected by the temperature sensor is less than a predetermined value.
Hydraulic percussion device
The invention relates to a hydraulic percussion device intended to be fitted on a base vehicle, the device comprising: a housing comprising a closing plate; a power cell mounted in the housing; and a damper connecting the power cell and the closing plate, the damper comprising a body rigidly connected to the power cell opposite the closing plate; a chamber provided inside the body; and a closing piston which is movable inside the chamber and capable of abutting against the closing plate in order to seal the chamber, the chamber being intended to contain a compressible fluid for damping the movements of the power cell in relation to the housing.
ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED BOOM CARRYING A TOOL
A carrier comprising at least one hydraulic cylinder having a piston, a controller and a piston position sensor, wherein the carrier is arranged to carry a tool through the use of the hydraulic cylinder and wherein the controller is configured to: receive control input for moving the tool; receive piston position information for at least one piston of the at least one cylinders; determine a current angle for the tool based on the piston position information; and determine that the current angle approximates a desired angle, and in response thereto halt the tool at the desired angle. According to an aspect the controller may be configured to detect and determine the position of a subject relative the carrier based on hydraulic pressure information and tool operational information. Further, the application concerns methods applied with the embodiments of said carrier.
Hydraulic Hammer
A hydraulic hammer for a working machine configured for digging a surface includes a housing, a chisel, sensors, and a controller. The housing is coupled to the working machine. The chisel is partially enclosed by the housing and extendable from the housing for digging the surface at a contact location. Each of the sensors is configured for generating a signal indicative of a projecting distance between one of the sensors and the surface. The controller is configured for receiving the signals, determining an angle between the chisel and a plane substantially tangent to the contact location, and reorienting the chisel so that the chisel is substantially orthogonal to the contact location with the angle at substantially ninety degrees.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A construction machine that can display various work devices including a bucket on a display device without causing a sense of discomfort is provided. A display controller is configured to deform a first drawing figure to create a first post-deformation drawing figure such that a triangle having vertexes at a first coupling point, a second coupling point and a first monitor point in the first drawing figure becomes congruent with a triangle having vertexes at the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point in a coordinate system on an image on a display device, and arrange the first post-deformation drawing figure on a screen of the display device such that positions of the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point in the first post-deformation drawing figure are arranged correspondingly to positions of the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point, respectively, in the coordinate system on the image.
HYDRAULIC BREAKER PROVIDED WITH AUTOMATIC LUBRICANT SUPPLY STRUCTURE
A hydraulic breaker provided with an automatic lubricant supply structure is proposed. The automatic lubricant supply structure is configured to automatically supply a lubricant without a separate hose, using a working fluid, and is disposed in the body of the hydraulic breaker, and can be used without a separate external part.
Work machine management apparatus
A work machine management apparatus includes: a working element identification information acquiring unit acquiring working element identification information indicating replacement of a working element; a flow rate setpoint acquiring unit acquiring a flow rate setpoint of a hydraulic oil for the working element; a pressure setpoint acquiring unit acquiring a pressure setpoint of the hydraulic oil for the working element; a working element operation information acquiring unit acquiring the acquired flow rate setpoint, the acquired pressure setpoint and operation information of the working element; and a working element actual operation information calculator calculating actual operation information containing an actual operation duration of the working element based on the information acquired by each of the working element identification information acquiring unit, the flow rate setpoint acquiring unit, the pressure setpoint acquiring unit and the working element operation information acquiring unit.
Sealing arrangement of tool and method of sealing
A seal for a tool of a breaking hammer, a sealing arrangement, a breaking hammer and a method of sealing a tool of breaking hammer is provided. The seal includes a resilient first seal element and a rigid second seal element. The first seal element is fastened to a seal housing and the second seal element is fastened to the first seal element.
