Construction machine
There is provided a urea water supply device (25) that is disposed in a urea water pipe line (23) to supply urea water toward a urea water injection valve (21) from a urea water tank (22). A bracket (24) for attaching the urea water supply device (25) is attached to a revolving frame (5) of an upper revolving structure (3). A cover (31) for covering the urea water supply device (25) is attached to the bracket (24). On top of that, a urea water filter (33) that is disposed in the urea water pipe line (23) and traps foreign objects mixed into the urea water is attached to the cover (31).
HYDRAULIC TANK PROTECTION SYSTEM
A hydraulic tank protection system is disclosed. The hydraulic tank protection system may include a sensor to detect a characteristic of a fluid, a fluid control device to control a flow of the fluid into or out of a reservoir of a hydraulic tank, and an electronic control module to: receive, from the sensor, information indicating the characteristic of the fluid, determine, based on the characteristic of the fluid, whether the fluid comprises a first type of fluid, and selectively provide a control signal to actuate the fluid control device to control the flow of the fluid into or out of the reservoir based on whether the fluid comprises the first type of fluid.
Construction machine
A construction machine includes: an engine driving at least one hydraulic pump configured to supply operating oil to a hydraulic actuator; an exhaust adjustment mechanism adjusting a flow rate of exhaust from the engine; and a control device controlling the exhaust adjustment mechanism. The control device determines whether or not a first downhill traveling condition and/or a second downhill traveling condition are/is satisfied. When at least one of the first downhill traveling condition and the second downhill traveling condition is satisfied, the control device controls the exhaust adjustment mechanism such that the exhaust adjustment mechanism executes exhaust brake.
TANK SYSTEM
A tank system for a construction machine includes a fuel tank having an outer tank wall that closes off a tank volume to the outside, a withdrawal tank volume, which is separated by a partition wall from a main tank volume of the tank volume and has a fuel-exchanging connection to the main tank volume, and a fuel withdrawal arrangement having a main fuel pump and a withdrawal line opening into the withdrawal tank volume for conveying fuel by the main fuel pump via the withdrawal line from the withdrawal tank volume to a fuel-consuming system region. The tank system also includes a fuel feed arrangement having an auxiliary fuel pump for conveying fuel from the main tank volume into the withdrawal tank volume.
Fuel tank drain plug
Power machine fuel tanks include a plug receptacle and a cover for the plug receptacle which seals the plug receptacle from an interior of the fuel tank. A receptacle insert positioned within the plug receptacle allows a fuel plug to be removably secured to the fuel tank. The cover prevents leakage from inside the fuel tank through the plug receptacle, regardless of whether the plug is secured within the receptacle insert, unless the cover has been removed from a sealing position.
MACHINE SLOPE AND PITCH CONTROL BASED ON DYNAMIC CENTER OF GRAVITY
A machine is disclosed. The machine may include a control system that includes a controller configured to: determine a center of gravity of the machine based on a state of the machine; determine at least one of a slope limit or a pitch limit for the machine based on the center of gravity; receive a command to perform an operation that, if performed, would affect at least one of a slope or a pitch of the machine; determine whether the operation, if performed, would cause the machine to exceed the at least one of the slope limit or the pitch limit; and selectively perform the operation based on determining whether the operation, if performed, would cause the machine to exceed the at least one of the slope limit or the pitch limit.
Hydraulic excavator
Provided is a hydraulic excavator that enables arrangement of a camera at an appropriate position on a lateral edge of a revolving unit. The camera is installed on the lateral edge of the upper surface of the revolving unit. A handrail is attached to the upper surface of the revolving unit. The handrail includes a first handrail member extending in the front-rear direction of the revolving unit, and a first support member supporting the first handrail member on the revolving unit. The camera and the first support member are adjacent to each other in the tight-left direction of the revolving unit, and the first support member is arranged inward relative to the camera.
Construction machine
A hollow first accommodating case (28) is provided on a front part of a revolving frame (5) at a position on a front side of a fuel tank (23), and a fuel supply pump (34) for supplying a fuel stored in an external fuel storage source to the fuel tank (23) is provided on the fuel tank (23) by being connected. A fuel suction port (35) for sucking the fuel toward the fuel supply pump (34) is provided in the first accommodating case (28) by being opened to an outside, and a urea water tank (25) is provided by being accommodated in the first accommodating case (28). A water supply port (25G) of a urea water is provided in the urea water tank (25) by being opened to the outside, and the fuel suction port (35) and the water supply port (25G) of the urea water are juxtaposed and arranged in the first accommodating case (28).
Work machine
A work machine includes a cabin, a machine room, a hydraulic oil tank, a partition wall, and a cover member. The machine room accommodates a drive apparatus to move the work machine. The hydraulic oil tank is provided in the machine room and has an oil gauge. The partition wall separates the cabin from the machine room and has an opening through which the oil gauge is viewable from the cabin. The cover member seals a gap between the partition wall and the oil gauge.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a support bracket attached to a machine body, a first mounting member provided to the support bracket and formed of an elastic member, a first cooler and a second cooler arranged in parallel to a horizontal direction and mounted on the support bracket with the first mounting member, a fitting bracket detachably fitted to upper portions of the first and second coolers, and a second mounting member arranged between the fitting bracket and the first and second coolers and formed of elastic member.
