Wheeled work vehicle

A wheeled work vehicle includes: a transmission transmitting the rotational power of a traveling hydraulic motor to wheels; a traveling control valve having an interruption position that interrupts supply of hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to the traveling hydraulic motor; a shift changeover valve that shifts the speed stage of the transmission by the position of the shift changeover valve being selectively switched; and a controller that controls the traveling control valve and the shift changeover valve. The controller switches the traveling control valve to the interruption position, then switches the position of the shift changeover valve such that the speed stage of the transmission is shifted to the low speed stage, and switches the traveling control valve from the interruption position to an original position side before the switching in a case where the controller shifts the transmission from the high speed stage to the low speed stage.

Working Machine

A working machine has a frame, a ground engaging propulsion system, a drive arrangement for providing motive power to the ground engaging propulsion system, an operator platform pivotally connected to the frame and moveable between a deployed position for supporting an operator thereon and a stowed position; and a sensor arrangement configured to sense when an external force is applied to the operator platform when said operator platform is in the deployed position. The machine prevents movement of the ground engaging propulsion system when the sensor arrangement does not sense an external force applied to the operator platform when said operator platform is in the deployed positon.

A controller with a processor thereon is operable to execute a position control algorithm to receive a user input signal; receive a sensor signal, determine a position of the movable structure relative to the traveling body; and responsively control the power conversion system to control the ground-engaging mechanism or the actuator to avoid interference of a boundary limit with an object sensed.

A method of controlling a drive device of a construction machine with a split transmission, which is at least coupled, at an input side, to a drive force source and, on the output side, with a drive range change transmission so as to set at least two shiftable drive ranges. The method includes a detection step (S1) for detecting drive dynamic requests for operation of the construction machine and a determination step (S2) for determining whether a drive dynamic request with an increased drive dynamic is present. If a drive dynamic request with increased drive dynamics is determined, then a shifting step (S4) is executed for shifting the drive range change transmission from a second, of the at least two drive ranges, to a first of the at least two drive ranges, to achieve increased driving dynamics of the construction machine.

The required braking force function determination unit determines the required braking force based on the rotational speed of the output shaft of the transmission and the braking force function.
