Electricity storage device controller, electric system and construction machine

A relay (25) connects and disconnects an electrical circuit to which an inverter (16) and an electricity storage device (19) are connected. A BCU (22) controls the electricity storage device (19). An HC (27) controls an electric motor (15), the inverter (16) and the BCU (22). The HC (27) and the BCU (22) respectively have FET switches (30, 31) for controlling supply and stop of the excitation current in the relay (25). When the electricity storage device (19) is determined to be in an abnormal state, the BCU (22) transmits an abnormal signal to the HC (27), and when a predetermined time has elapsed, turns off (opens) the first FET switch (30) of the BCU (22). The HC (27) executes stop processing based upon the abnormal signal received from the BCU (22) and then turns off (opens) the second FET switch (31) of the HC (27).

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF BATTERY THERMAL MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRIC DRIVE BULLDOZERS BASED ON DEEP LEARNING

A method and system for control of BTM of electric drive bulldozers based on deep learning includes: obtaining a micro-load segment at the current moment in a load spectrum and predicting a micro-load segment at the next moment using a Markov chain model; carrying out a weighting calculation of the segment using the segment at the current moment and a corresponding weight thereof with the predicted segment and a corresponding weight thereof, and then calculating motor speed, motor torque, and a state of charge (SOC) of battery under the segment after being weighted; and taking a real-time battery outlet water temperature, occupant cabin temperature, occupant cabin target temperature and ambient temperature as well as the motor speed, motor torque and SOC, so as to obtain a control strategy of the electric compressor speed, and further obtain a method for control of BTM of the electric drive bulldozer.

Machine configuration and control system enabling interchangeable power sources

A machine control system controls operation of any one of a plurality of interchangeable power sources mounted on a machine. The machine includes an undercarriage supporting ground engagement members that propel the machine and an upper structure rotatably supported on the undercarriage. The upper structure includes a swing frame that supports an operator cab, an interchangeable power source, hydraulic components, and electrical components. A processor processes inputs, outputs and operating characteristics specific to each of the plurality of power sources, and standardizes the power output by each of the power sources to provide a normalized, consistent control and operation of systems of the machine regardless of which of the power sources is mounted on the machine.

EXCAVATOR

An excavator includes a lower traveling body, an upper turning body turnably mounted on the lower traveling body, actuators configured to drive driven portions including the lower traveling body and the upper turning body, a power storage mounted on the upper turning body and used as an energy source for driving the actuators, a cooling circuit configured to cool the power storage, and a fan mounted on the upper turning body and configured to blow air to a radiator and a condenser for cooling the radiator and the condenser. Further, the power storage is arranged such that the power storage is apart from a path in which air outside the upper turning body, by an operation of the fan, is introduced into inside the upper turning body, passes across the heat exchanging device, and is discharged to the outside of the upper turning body.

CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

A construction machine is provided, in which an electric application instruction detection section detects an electric application instruction of starting an electric application to an electronic device requiring operation confirmation prior to a start of an engine, a timer section measures elapsed time from a start of the electric application to the device, a battery control section executes control of starting the electric application to the device in response to detection of the instruction, an engine control section executes control of starting the engine in a case where a start manipulation is received before the elapsed time exceeds a first reference time set in advance, and a control device executes control of suppressing power consumption of a battery, when at least one power consumption suppression condition set in advance is satisfied after the electric application to the device is started and before the engine is started.

Construction machine

To provide a technique where a case of shutting off a battery shutoff switch while a key switch is on is detected, and a warning according to a risk can be issued at time of restart. A construction machine includes: the key switch, an engine start switch, an engine stop switch, a notification device, a controller, and the battery shutoff switch. The controller chronologically stores operation histories of the key switch, engine start switch, and engine stop switch in a history storage section in a non-volatile manner. The controller determines, on the basis of the stored operation history, a risk content in a case of shutting off the battery shutoff switch while the key switch is on. In a case where, the controller is restarted by resuming the battery shutoff switch and turning on the key switch, the controller controls the notification device so that the notification device issues a warning according to the risk content, on the basis of a result of the determination.
