Handcuff Disinfecting and Sanitizing Device
20260041801 · 2026-02-12 ·

The present invention is a disinfecting and sanitizing device designed for disinfecting restraining devices such as handcuffs and leg shackles. The device comprises a cylindrical disinfectant liquid storage member, configured to store a disinfectant solution, and a circular lid that securely seals the storage member. The underside of the lid features a pair of integrated hooks, each with a U-shaped bend to hold restraining devices securely in place, preventing dislodgement during the disinfecting process. In one embodiment, the device includes a drainage slot for automatically draining the disinfectant solution when the quality thereof falls below a set threshold, and an ozone sterilization module to provide additional disinfection. The disinfectant solution preferably has 90% isopropyl alcohol, and cleans the restraining devices by removing dirt, bacteria, and bodily fluids.

FRESHENING COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CONTROLLED RELEASE MODULATORS
20260069734 · 2026-03-12 ·

The present invention relates to freshening compositions, devices comprising same and methods of using and manufacturing same. A freshening composition of the present invention comprises (i) from about 0.1 wt % to about 95 wt % perfume raw material and (ii) from about 0.01 wt % to about 90 wt % fragrance release modulator. Some freshening compositions further comprise a solvent and/or an ingredient having a functional activity. Disclosed are passive and active air or surface freshening devices comprising a freshening composition that allow controlled and customized release of the freshening composition or of a component thereof into or onto an environment. The addition of a fragrance release modulator to formulate a freshening composition of the present invention allows for modulation of the release of the freshening composition or of a component thereof.
