A drive train (1) includes an internal combustion engine (2) and working hydraulics (4) having at least one hydraulic pump (7). When operated as a pump, the hydraulic pump (7) sucks hydraulic fluid from a tank (9) and delivers into a delivery line (10) that leads to the working hydraulics (4). When operated as a motor, the hydraulic pump (7) is supplied with hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic accumulator (25). The drive train (1) has a charge pump (20) to supply a charging circuit (23). The charge pump (20), when operated as a pump, sucks hydraulic fluid out of the tank (9) and delivers into a charge pressure line (22) that leads to a charging circuit (23), and the charge pump (20) when operated as a motor is supplied with hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic accumulator (25).

The hydraulic system may include a work tool, a pump driven by the engine to pressurize fluid, and an actuator configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump and move the work tool. The hydraulic system may also include an accumulator configured to selectively receive pressurized fluid from the pump and from the actuator, an electric starter configured to start the engine, and a motor selectively supplied with fluid from the accumulator to assist the electric starter in starting the engine.
DEVICE FOR RECUPERATION OF HYDRAULIC ENERGY AND WORKING MACHINE WITH CORRESPONDING DEVICE
This invention relates to a device for the recuperation of hydraulic energy in a working machine with at least one differential cylinder and to a corresponding working machine.
Construction machine
A construction machine includes an engine, a load estimation unit that estimates a pump power absorption, a regeneration/powering power demand calculation unit that calculates a regeneration/powering power demand according to a state of charge in an electrical storage device, an engine power demand calculation unit that calculates an engine power demand based on the power absorption and regeneration/powering power demand, and a motor generator control unit that performs rotational speed control or torque control. The control unit includes a control switching unit that switches the rotational speed and the torque control according to the engine power demand and the rotational speed of the engine. The control switching unit switches from the torque control to the rotational speed control when during performance of the torque control, the engine power demand increases and the rotational speed of the engine becomes lower than a predetermined rotational speed.
Hydrostatic Drive
A hydrostatic drive includes a diesel engine and a hydrostatic adjustable machine which supplies multiple consumers in normal operation as a pump. The machine has a pressure/flow regulator to which is communicated, according to the load-sensing principle, the highest load pressure of the consumers, in particular when the machine is operated as a pump. In order to realize a start/stop function of the diesel engine, a previously charged high-pressure reservoir supplies the hydrostatic machine, which then acts as a starter motor for the diesel engine. In order to switch from pump to starter motor, the hydro-machine is adjusted over zero. In order for this switch to take place quickly and reliably, the pressure/flow regulator is deactivated by means of a switching valve and the adjustment device is supplied with an adjustment pressure medium via the switching valve, which medium is taken from the high-pressure reservoir or from an auxiliary reservoir.

CYLINDER, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND PROCEDURE
A cylinder has a piston part, a cylinder part, and a pipe section connected to the piston or cylinder parts. A portion of the pipe section encloses a pressure compartment which receives a fluid to apply a pressure on a pressure surface so the piston part is displaced in a first stroke direction. A first return pressure compartment receives a fluid to apply a pressure on a first return pressure surface so that the piston part is displaced in a second return stroke direction. The first return pressure compartment is positioned on the outside of the pipe section, and the area of the first return pressure surface is substantially equal to the area of the return pressure surface so that a volume-neutral operation of the cylinder is provided. Also described is a hydraulic system, an excavator comprising the cylinder and a procedure for operation of the cylinder.
