Fluid delivery device
Apparatus and method for attaching a tap to a mounting surface (13) has a clamping assembly inserted through an aperture (11) in the mounting surface (13) and tightened from above the mounting surface (13). The clamping assembly has a pair of clamping arms (25, 27) that are mounted for pivotal movement from a collapsed position for passage through the aperture (11) to an operative position below the mounting surface (11). The clamping arms (25, 27) are operable on tightening the clamping assembly to engage in a first stage an underside of the mounting surface (13) remote from the fluid delivery device and to engage in a second stage a sidewall of the aperture (11) when continuing tightening. Thus a step change in an operating force is required that provides feedback to an installer that a required clamping force has been achieved.
Fluid Control
The present invention relates to fluid control and management. In particular, it relates to valves or regulators for controlling a flow of fluid, such as, but not limited to, taps and faucets. We will describe a fluid control valve comprising a valve body having an inlet, for operative connection to a supply of pressurised fluid, and an outlet and defining a fluid flow path therebetween. A first valve is adjustable under the control of a first valve actuator between a first, or closed, position in which flow of fluid through the first valve is prevented and a second, or open, position in which flow of fluid through the first valve is permitted. The valve is characterised in that the fluid control valve further comprises a second valve associated with the inlet or intermediate the inlet and the first valve, wherein the second valve comprises a second valve body and a second valve actuator adapted such that the first valve actuator bears against the second valve actuator in each of said first and second positions to urge the second valve into an open configuration allowing flow of fluid; and further wherein the fluid control valve is arranged such that the first valve actuator is adjustable to a third position in which the first valve actuator is spaced from the second valve actuator by a separation sufficient to allow fluid pressure at the inlet to cause the second valve to close, preventing flow of fluid through the fluid control valve.
Connection arrangement between a fitting unit and a medium pipe
A connecting arrangement for a fitting unit with a fitting housing (13). In the housing there is at least one bore (17, 18) for mounting a medium pipe (24, 36) by means of a threaded fitting 31, 34). The fitting may optionally be chosen as a nut (31) for squeezing a cutting sleeve 30) or as a soldering bushing (34) for mounting the medium pipe by soldering. Irrespectively whether there is a bore (17, 18) in the fitting housing or a bore in the soldering bushing 34), several parts with varying diameters would be provided so that medium pipes with different diameters can be fastened.
FAUCET MAIN BODY FAST DETACHING AND REPLACING MEHHOD, AND FAUCET STRUCTURE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME
In a faucet main body fast detaching and replacing method and a faucet structure for implementing the same, the method includes the following steps: placing a fast detaching structure on a mesa; and detaching and replacing a faucet bottom seat, that is connected and locked tight to a faucet set main body and the mesa. The faucet main body fast detaching and replacing method is simple, while the faucet structure is compact, as such facilitating fast detaching the faucet main body.
Modular sensor activated faucet
A modular sensor activated faucet assembly provides a spout that can be coupled and removed from its mounting base quickly and easily for installation and service. A water tight connection can be established between the mounting base and the spout without the use of tools or additional mechanical connections, thus allowing the spout to be installed by simply plugging into its base. A seamless spout construction defining a hollow interior bifurcated by integral internal wall structure provides a wet chamber between its mounting end and the outlet and a flow pipe inside the spout. The modular base provides a cooperating flow pipe. When the spout is mounted onto the base, the flow pipes are configured to nest together in close relation such that one or more seals can be disposed between the flow pipes to provide a water tight seal between the spout and base.
Touch Faucet
A touch faucet contains: a body, a connector, and a touch valve assembly. The body includes an inlet segment, an outlet segment, a first connecting part, a second connecting part, and an accommodation chamber. The connector is housed in the accommodation chamber and includes an inflow portion, a first coupling portion, a second coupling portion, and an outflow portion. The touch valve assembly is connected with the second connecting part and includes a positioning cylinder which has at least one through orifice, a province valve, and a driving post, such that the water flow enters into the at least one through orifice from the first coupling portion via the positioning cylinder. The touch valve assembly also includes an actuation device, at least one part of which extends out of the body so as to be operated by user and to drive the driving post to move.
FAUCET
Provided is a faucet including a faucet body having first and second ends and a through passage, a faucet cap positioned at the first end of the faucet body and movable relative to the faucet body, and a cartridge having a cartridge body disposed in the through passage and a cartridge cap connected to the faucet cap and movable relative to the cartridge body and faucet body, the cartridge body having a mixing chamber that receives fluid from one or more fluid sources, the mixing chamber being non-concentric to allow for a linear volume change rate during rotation of the faucet cap.
MAGNET BUSHING STRUCTURE FOR PULL-OUT FAUCET AND PULL-OUT FAUCET
A magnet bushing structure for a pull-out faucet comprises a sheath and a bushing. The sheath is configured for being fixedly connected to a water outlet bent tube of the pull-out faucet, and the sheath comprises an installation channel. The bushing is at least disposed with a magnetic member to enable the bushing to magnetically absorb a pull-out head of the pull-out faucet, and the bushing is detachably installed on the installation channel through a buckle structure.
FAUCET WITH A QUICK FASTENING DEVICE
A faucet with a faucet housing, a tubular fastening device that is fastenable in a tap hole of a faucet carrier, and one or more flexible connection lines extending through the tubular fastening device to the faucet housing. The tubular fastening device has a tube section that is insertable into the tap hole, a flange that is placeable upon the faucet carrier, as well as an annular collar projecting beyond the flange, on which the faucet housing is fastened. At least two pivotal, longitudinally adjustable fastening clamps are arranged laterally at the tube section, which are adjustable via clamping screws operated from the faucet side against the bottom of the faucet carrier. The fastening clamps are received in the assembled stated in recesses of the fastening device, and pivot therefrom into a fastening position upon operation of clamping screws. The faucet housing has at the fastening side a receiving socket for a form-fitting, torque-proof reception of an annular collar of the tubular fastening device. The faucet is mountable in the pre-assembled state, by the faucet housing with the connection lines, connected thereto and guided through the tubular fastening device, being lifted off the tubular fastening device, inserted in the tap hole, to such an extent that the clamping screws are accessible.
FAST INSTALLATION STRUCTURE ON FAUCET TABLE
A fast installation structure on a faucet table, comprising: a table plane and a bottom seat. The bottom seat is disposed on the table plane, and is used to install a faucet, including: a connection tube; a lock tight device, disposed and screwed around the connection tube; and at least two position holding block, disposed at a lower portion of the connection tube, and are repulsive to each other magnetically. The lock tight device is a lock tight ring or a lock tight screw. The outer threads are provided on the connection tube, while inner threads are provided on the lock tight ring, such that the lock tight ring and the connection tube are connected through threading. At least two installation slots are disposed symmetrically at a lower portion of the connection tube, for receiving the position holding blocks.
