A pre-embedded base device includes a pre-embedded base, a first plug detachably coupled to the pre-embedded base, and second plug detachably coupled to the first plug. The pre-embedded base defines a base water chamber and a water inlet channel in communication with the base water chamber. The first plug has a drainage channel in communication with the base water chamber and a water pipe joint in communication with the drainage channel. When the pre-embedded base device is in an initial configuration, the first plug is coupled to the pre-embedded base, the second plug is coupled to the first plug, the first plug seals the base water chamber, and the second plug seals at least one of the drainage channel or the water pipe joint.

Faucet with locking assembly

A faucet comprises a faucet body and a locking assembly. The locking assembly is connected to the faucet body, and the locking assembly is configured to pass through a mounting hole of a countertop. At least part of the locking assembly is configured to be controlled to abut a lower side of the countertop, and the faucet body comprises a faucet housing, a support frame, and a valve. The support frame is disposed in the faucet housing, and the support frame is configured to be supported on an upper side of the countertop. The support frame is connected to the locking assembly, and the support frame forms a valve seat configured to be connected to the valve. The locking assembly comprises an operating member rotatably disposed on the support frame, and the operating member is configured to control the locking assembly to abut the lower side of the countertop.

A faucet assembly is mounted to a mounting deck that has a passageway extending from a first surface of the mounting deck to a second surface of the mounting deck. The faucet assembly includes a spout that emits a fluid therefrom. A base is installed on the first surface of the mounting deck and between the spout and the mounting deck. The base has a size and shape such that the base cannot pass through the passageway of the mounting deck when installed on the first surface. A mounting shank is connected to the base and is inserted in the passageway.

The mounting shank having a circular outer surface having external threads thereon. A nut includes a pipe section having an inner wall with internal threads. The inner wall defines a channel that is sized to receive the mounting shank such that the internal threads of the inner wall mesh with the external threads of the mounting shank. A cantilevered arm extends from an outer wall of the pipe section. The cantilevered arm includes a threaded through-hole. An externally threaded screw is screwed through the threaded through-hole of the cantilevered arm until a distal end of the screw presses against the second surface of the mounting deck and biases the internal threads of the pipe section against the external threads of the mounting shank, thereby securing the faucet assembly to the mounting deck.

Magnet bushing structure for pull-out faucet and pull-out faucet

A magnet bushing structure for a pull-out faucet comprises a sheath and a bushing. The sheath is configured for being fixedly connected to a water outlet bent tube of the pull-out faucet, and the sheath comprises an installation channel. The bushing is at least disposed with a magnetic member to enable the bushing to magnetically absorb a pull-out head of the pull-out faucet, and the bushing is detachably installed on the installation channel through a buckle structure.
