Metered dispense pot filler

A pot filler including a metered dispense input device for dispensing of predetermined volumes of water. The pot filler illustratively includes an electrically operable valve operably coupled to a metered dispense input unit, and a control module configured to control operation of the electrically operable valve.

Non-contact system and method for detecting fluid flow

A plumbing fixture assembly including a fluid flow detection system for monitoring fluid flow and flow characteristics through plumbing fixtures without contacting the fluid. The fluid flow detection system communicates collected data related to the plumbing fixtures to a water management system, which analyzes the data and provides information to a user through a portal and user interface. The fluid flow detection system also tracks users of the plumbing fixtures for compliance with a hand washing routine. The hand washing compliance data is communicated to the water management system as well.

Water temperature control assembly
11959261 · 2024-04-16 ·

A water temperature control assembly for remotely controlling water temperature in a shower includes a control unit that is attached to a fluid valve in a shower to adjust a temperature of water that is delivered from the fluid valve. A showerhead is provided and the showerhead is fluidly coupled to the fluid valve in the shower for bathing. The showerhead is in wireless electrical communication with the control unit to remotely control the temperature of the water.

Touchless Bath Faucet

An automatic faucet assembly comprising a presence sensor and a temperature control assembly. A temperature control assembly may be coupled to a faucet body. An automatic faucet may comprise a digital display surface configured to display dispensed water temperature in real time and dispensed water time. A display surface may display steps for proper handwashing.

System and method for manually overriding a solenoid valve of a faucet
10458565 · 2019-10-29 · ·

A system for a faucet including a solenoid operated valve and a lifter. The solenoid operated valve includes a valve body including a sealing surface, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; a sealing element that is movable relative to the sealing surface to fluidly connect and disconnect the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet; and a solenoid configured to selectively couple and decouple the sealing element to the sealing surface to fluidly disconnect and connect the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The lifter manually overrides the solenoid operated valve during a power failure, the lifter includes threads that thread to the solenoid operated valve, such that a rotation of the lifter in a first direction moves the lifter through the threads relative to the valve body to decouple the sealing element from the sealing surface.

Faucet-integrated touch-free soap dispensing systems

Faucet-integrated touch-free soap dispensing systems are provided. A soap dispenser is at least partially integrated with a faucet, and includes a proximity sensor, a dispensing unit, and a soap dispensing outlet. The dispensing unit includes a soap reservoir and a pump mountable below a deck that supports the faucet, and is communicatively coupled to the proximity sensor and fluidly coupled to the soap dispensing outlet via a soap tube.

LIGHT-EMITTING HOSE ASSEMBLY
20190293220 · 2019-09-26 ·

A light-emitting hose assembly includes: a hose having a water passage extending therethrough. A first connector includes a connector seat, which has an end coupled to an end of the house and an opposite end formed with an internal thread, and a light-emitting device. The connector seat includes water flow channel extending therethrough. The water flow channel is in communication with the water passage of the hose. The light-emitting device is arranged in the water flow channel of the connector seat to receive water to flow therethrough to generate electricity and emit light that transmits out of the connector seat. A second connector is coupled to an opposite end of the hose.

Water temperature detection valve

A water temperature detection valve includes an external housing in which a rear water guide and a front water guide are arranged to respectively receive and retain a blade wheel and an electrical generator, which are movable in unison with each other, to arranged therein. A temperature detection unit includes a circuit board, a temperature sensor electrically connected to the circuit board, and an electrical output cable having an end electrically connected to the circuit board. The circuit board is electrically connected to the electrical generator. The electrical output cable extends outside the external housing. A water temperature display module includes a display device arranged inside a display holder that includes a light-transmitting window corresponding, in position, to the display device. An electrical input cable that is electrically connected to the display device has an end that is connectable, in a detachable manner, to the electrical output cable.

Tub Faucet Having a Control Valve With Reduced Backpressure

A water control system including a showerhead and a tub faucet. The faucet has a valve configured to automatically restrict fluid flow through the faucet and direct fluid to the showerhead as a function of a parameter, such as a predetermined water temperature. The faucet has many modes of operation, including a Reset Mode, an Auto-Divert Mode, a Bypass Mode, and a Cold Mode. A flow control device generates minimal back-pressure when in the Reset Mode such that water does not undesirably back flow to a shower head.

Interactive display device

The invention provides a bathroom fixture in the form of an electronic mirror with a touchlessly operated fluid dispenser. The device provides visual cues to assist in the touchless operation thereof.
