A drain assembly for a sink has an abutment surface (14) for abutting an underside of the sink around the drain aperture, and a first wall portion (16) circumscribing an upper drain volume (18). A down-flow conduit (20) and an up-flow conduit (24) are delineated by a second and third wall portions (22, 26), one of which has an edge defining a lip (28) between the down-flow conduit (20) and up-flow conduit (24). An outlet (30) is connected to up-flow conduit (24). A removable lower cover (32) attaches to the wall portions so as to complete a flow path from the down-flow conduit (20) to the up-flow conduit (24) so as to form a trap. At least the first, second and third wall portions (16, 22, 26) and the outlet (30) are integrally formed as a unitary body, most preferably by an injection molding process.

Toilet

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of toilet equipment, particularly to a toilet. The toilet includes a toilet body, a water tank, an air isolation device, and a water pump, wherein the toilet body is provided thereon with a spout directly facing a sewage exit; the water pump is configured to draw water from the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is in communication with the spout of the toilet body via the air isolation device, and the air isolation device is configured to block reverse flow of sewage from the spout of the toilet body to the water tank.

Preassembled modular vacuum plumbing assembly
12024868 · 2024-07-02 · ·

A modular vacuum plumbing assembly includes a frame, a water supply conduit attached to the frame, and a wastewater outlet conduit attached to the frame. Water travels from a water supply system to a plumbing fixture via the water supply conduit and wastewater travels away from the plumbing fixture via the wastewater outlet conduit.

Air odor removal system with sewage plumbing attachment
12000133 · 2024-06-04 ·

An air odor removal system with sewage or septic plumbing attachment removes odors from a stand-alone structural housing, such as a litter box or toilet bowl. The air odor removal system includes a first odor conduit assembly that is fluidly coupled, from one end, to the structural housing, and from an opposing end to an air mover device that creates a vacuum in the first odor conduit assembly. A motion sensor detects a motion event at the structural housing, and signals the air mover to power on. A second odor conduit assembly carries the odor from the air mover device to a one-way valve. A sewage plumbing conduit carries the odor from the one-way valve, and fluidly couples to a sink and a sewage storage, where the odor is finally discharged. The sewage plumbing conduit comprises a generally U-shaped pipe that restricts the odor from flowing to the sink.

MONITORING DEVICE FOR SUBJECT BEHAVIOR MONITORING

A subject behavior monitoring device is for monitoring the behavior of a subject based on their usage of a plurality of fluid outlets of a fluid supply system in a building. An acoustic measurement unit is adapted to generate an acoustic monitoring signal which varies in dependence on a fluid flow from the plurality of fluid outlets. A signal processor processes the acoustic monitoring signal and is adapted to detect usage of each of the plurality of fluid outlets and determine which usages were carried out by the subject being monitored. In this way, the behavior of a subject, in terms of their usage of fluid outlets, such as water taps and gas appliances, can be detected and also discriminated from other occupiers of the building in which the subject is resident.

Structure and method for installing bathroom plumbing

The present invention provides a structure for installing bathroom plumbing, the structure comprising: a structural post provided with at least one board installed parallel to the structural post and at least one building floor installed perpendicular to the structural post, the at least one board and the structural post defining a first accommodation space together, the first accommodation space provided with a first discharge pipe, the building floor forming a downward recessed area adjacent to the structural post; at least one detachable floor panel installed at the downward recessed area of the building floor to define a second accommodation space, the second accommodation space communicating with the first accommodation space; at least one toilet disposed on the at least one detachable floor panel.

MODULAR SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR PLUMBING CONNECTIONS
20190003617 · 2019-01-03 ·

The presently disclosed technology generally provides a modular support system for plumbing connections. In one example, the system includes a frame, a connector that fits entirely in front of a support stud, and an optional housing. The frame includes symmetrical sides, each including a rail assembly. The connector includes first opposed sidewalls, each having a pair of boxways that receive the rails on any side of a frame unit to form a sliding joint between the frame and connector. Second opposed sidewalls include flexible tabs that engage frame corner flanges to prevent rearward disengagement of the connector from the frame. The housing includes structure for connection with the frame. The housing can be rotated for connection with the frame to receive vertical or horizontal plumbing lines. Connectors can connect the frame units in vertical or horizontal relation, or on either side of a building stud, or to brackets.

Automated Plumbing System Sensor Warning System and Method

A standing water alert system comprises two conductive wires or a float extending into a drain and connected to an audible or visual alarm that is triggered when standing water is present. A drain alert system and method comprises a plurality of sensors, such as pressure or acoustic/vibration sensors, at various locations within a plumbing or fluid filtration system to measure pressure or an acoustic profile at that location and a control system to compare the measured parameters to a threshold value or range and/or to other measured parameters from nearby sensor locations. A signal is sent to a remote user or computer or an alarm is triggered when the comparison shows a potential blockage, a leak, or indicating that a filter needs to be replaced or cleaned. An approximate location of the blockage, leak, or fouled filter is determined by comparing measured parameters at nearby sensor locations.
