RESILIENT FLUID CONTROL VALVE ABOVE DRAINAGE PLANE
Described is a resilient fluid control valve assembly. The resilient fluid control valve assembly includes a cartridge housing having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is formed to reside above a drain opening, while the lower portion is formed to reside within the drain opening. The resilient fluid control valve assembly further includes a resilient fluid control valve positioned within the cartridge housing. The resilient fluid control valve has a valve body portion and a sealing portion. When positioned within the cartridge housing, a portion of the valve body portion resides above the drain opening, and a portion of the sealing portion resides within the drain opening.
One way Valve For Water Fixture
A one way valve for a waste pipe of a water fixture such as a bathroom or kitchen sink includes an elastomeric tube having a funnel or conical shaped inlet and transitioning into a pair of flat walls which separate to pass fluid under hydraulic pressure in a forward direction but remain closed together to block fluid or gas flow under backpressure, in a reverse direction. A guard or blocking member or other configuration prevents the tube from inverting into an unrecoverable inversion position when subject to excessive back pressure.

QUICK-ASSEMBLY DEODORANT DRAINER FOR WASHBASIN
A quick-assembly deodorant drainer for washbasin, includes a drainer body having a mounting portion, a connecting portion and a sewer pipe. The mounting portion is mounted in a water outlet of the washbasin and extends downward, the connecting portion is mounted at a lower end of the mounting portion, and the connecting portion includes a deodorant anti-overflow device. The deodorant anti-overflow device includes a cylinder and a sealing cover, the upper end of the cylinder is open and a water-flow hole is disposed at the lower end thereof, and a cylindrical convex portion is disposed at an inner bottom portion of the cylinder and extends upwardly. The convex portion has a through hole, and the sealing cover is disposed at the bottom of the cylinder through a fixed shaft connected to the sealing cover. The upper end of the fixed shaft has a sleeve sleeved over the convex portion.
DRAIN SEALING APPARATUS
A drain lock sealing apparatus is positioned in a drain pipe for being locked therein and further for sealing the pipe to prevent odors and vermin from coming from the drainpipe into the room. The apparatus includes a grate positioned over the drain pipe, a resiliently deformable sealing ring extending from the grate into the drainpipe, an rigid expander member with an inwardly tapered outer surface extending into the sealing ring, a resiliently deformable frusta-conical member attached to center hub of the expander member so that the peripheral closure edge of the frusta-conical member is in non-fixed normally closed relationship against the circumferential edge of the expander member so that the closure edge opens in response to liquid passing through the grate into the drain and resumes normally close relationship in response to the secession of liquid passing through the grate. A bolt extends through the grate and cylindrical sealing ring and is screwed into the axial hole whereby tightening of the bold compresses the sealing ring axially to deform the cylindrical sealing ring radially into clamping engagement against the interior surface of the drain pipe.
Sink Strainer Basket with Odor Prevention Arrangement
A sink strainer basket includes a strainer body and an odor prevention arrangement. The odor prevention arrangement includes a drain regulator and a filtration handle. The drain regulator is provided on the strainer body to fully occupy a drainage opening. The drain regulator includes a main drainer body having a sewage passageway, and a blocking assembly movably mounted on the main drainer body to normally close the sewage passageway. The filtration handle extends from the drain regulator to be supported in a drainage cavity. When liquid and larger items are drained in the sink strainer basket, the larger items are filtered by the filtration handle, while the liquid is allowed to pass through the filtration handle to push the blocking assembly to open for draining of the liquid through the sewage passageway.

Valvular device
A valve device for a domestic wastewater pipe is provided. The valve device includes a shutter and a fixing element to hold the shutter in the passage of the main duct between the inlet opening and the outlet opening of the pipe. The shutter is movable between a first configuration occluding the passage to prevent the flow of gaseous fluids, and a second configuration allowing the wastewater to flow from the inlet opening to the outlet opening of the pipe. The valve device includes a deformable main body partly defining the shutter, which occludes the passage of the main duct when the shutter is in the first configuration so that a pressure exerted by the wastewater on the shutter causes a reversible elastic deformation of said main body that moves the shutter from the first to the second configuration.

DRAIN PIPE CONNECTOR SYSTEM
A drain pipe connector adapted to be disposed between a drain portal of a plumbing fixture and a sewage pipe. The drain pipe connector includes a first unidirectional valve adapted to be in fluid communication with the drain portal, and a drain trap in connected to the first unidirectional valve and adapted to be connected to the sewage pipe. The first unidirectional valve has a closed operative orientation, in which the first unidirectional valve forms a seal between the drain portal and the drain trap, and an open operative orientation which enables flow of fluid from the drain portal, via the first unidirectional valve, into the drain trap. The first unidirectional valve is normally closed, and when liquid drains into the first unidirectional valve, pressure applied by the liquid transitions the first unidirectional valve from the closed operative orientation to the open operative orientation, thereby enabling the liquid to flow into the drain trap.
