System and method for vaporized hydrogen peroxide cleaning of an incubation chamber

A method is provided for vaporized hydrogen peroxide cleaning of a chamber. The method includes altering a temperature of air in the chamber from an initial temperature to a sterilization temperature over a first time period. The method also includes injecting vaporized hydrogen peroxide into air in the chamber to alter a relative humidity of hydrogen peroxide vapor in the chamber to a sterilization level over the first time period. The method also includes maintaining the temperature at the sterilization temperature and the relative humidity at the sterilization level over a second time period. The method also includes reducing the relative humidity from the sterilization level to a safe level over a third time period. In one embodiment, the method is provided for vaporized hydrogen peroxide cleaning of an interior chamber of an incubation container. In other embodiments, the incubation chamber featured in the method is provided.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IN-SITU PRODUCTION OF A STERILISATION GAS AND STERILISATION OF OBJECTS AND THEIR USE

An apparatus and a method are provided for the on-site production of a sterilizing gas and sterilization of objects. In a first step of the method, an alcohol is catalytically converted to an alkene oxide. The alkene oxide is subsequently mixed with an inert gas comprising water vapor and nitrogen to produce a sterilizing gas. Finally, the objects are sterilized with the sterilizing gas. The only starting materials used throughout the entire method are at least one alcohol and a gas comprising oxygen and nitrogen. An apparatus is provided in which the method can be performed.

A scalable, portable and modular chlorine dioxide fumigant decontamination system having an activating area and a neutralizing area which may be housed separately or as a single operationally connected unit, and which may be configured as a closed loop system connected to a decontamination chamber for decontamination of articles, or as an open loop system for decontamination of interiors and large confined spaces, and employing a specialized activating cup that is permeable to air yet substantially impermeable to water and chlorine dioxide reaction by-products such that directing air through the activation cup releases nearly pure chlorine dioxide fumigant. Methods and articles relating to the system are also described.

An apparatus for treating air includes a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet, the housing enclosing an air treatment zone and an ozone removal zone, wherein the ozone removal zone is positioned downstream of the air treatment zone with respect to a flow direction of the air being treated, an ozone generator in the air treatment zone configured to generate ozone from the air, wherein the ozone generated by the ozone generator treats the air in the air treatment zone, catalyst in the ozone removal zone that removes at least a portion of the ozone generated the ozone generator, a particle matter (PM) filter positioned between the air treatment zone and the ozone removal zone, wherein the ozone generated by the ozone generator treats the PM filter, and an air mover positioned near the air outlet configured to draw the air through the air inlet.

The mounting bracket is attached to an outside sidewall of a disinfection chamber. The pivoting cable tube rotates in the disinfection chamber. The motor rotates the pivoting cable tube. The motor controller and two snap switches are used to control directional rotation of the motor.

OZONE PURIFICATION DEVICE

An ozone purification device is disclosed. The ozone purification device comprises an ultraviolet light source and a filter. The ultraviolet light source includes an ultraviolet lamp and a LED lamp. The ultraviolet lamp generates ultraviolet rays and the LED lamp generates heat. The filter is composed of a metal composite catalyst coated with an active carbon. When ozone passes through the ultraviolet light source, ozone is irradiated by the ultraviolet light lamp and the LED lamp of the ultraviolet light source, and then passes through the metal composite catalyst and the active carbon of the filter to accelerate the decomposition of ozone into oxygen.
