CONTAINER SANITIZING SYSTEM
A container sanitizing system is provided. The system includes one or more containers, e.g., food containers, and a system to sanitize the containers. The container sanitizing system includes a sanitizing station adapted to receive the food containers and to irradiate the items with ultraviolet light at a sufficient intensity to sanitize and disinfect the items. The food containers are collapsible and may be folded into box-like food containers for the general storage of food, and subsequently, unfolded into a generally flat structure for sanitization within the sanitizing station. The system also includes a handheld sanitizing unit that is portable and/or mobile.
Method of cleaning a high temperature food processing line in place and food sterilization line
A high temperature food treatment method is disclosed wherein by alternatingly operating between a first final heater (13) and second final heater (23) arranged in parallel on a food processing line (30, 40, 50), it is possible to operate a continuous process, yet significantly reducing the overall downtime of the processing line (30, 40, 50), by performing a cleaning in place process on the final heater (13, 23), not currently being used in the high temperature food treatment process, thereby eliminating or significantly reducing the influence on the processing line (30, 40, 50) downtime by the process elements and/or processing equipment most easily contaminated.
APPARATUS FOR FILLING CONTAINERS IN A STERILE ENVIRONMENT
The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for filling containers in a sterile environment, comprising a filling unit (40) configured to fill containers with sterilized liquids or powders in a sterile environment comprising interchangeable parts characteristic of each production run; a washer sterilizer (20) configured to wash, sterilize, decontaminate, dry in one single process said interchangeable parts of the filling unit (40) before each run for filling the unit (40). The washer sterilizer (20) is directly coupled to the filling unit (40) and is configured to aseptically transfer the interchangeable parts directly to the filling unit (40).
Chlorine dioxide disinfecting cloth
The invention relates to highly effective disinfecting or sterilising cloths with chlorine dioxide as the main active ingredient. For this, the chlorine dioxide is only generated shortly before use by bringing a cloth impregnated with a chlorite or chlorate salt in contact with a clearly defined amount of a suitable activation agent that is fluid or dissolved or admixed in a fluid, and prepackaged as a single dose, for the generation of chlorine dioxide. In a preferred embodiment, the impregnated cloth and the activation fluid are packaged in a common packaging unit and the activation occurs by breaking through a barrier separating the cloth or the cloths and the activation fluid. In a further preferred embodiment, the packaging is a moulded part having two packaging spaces separated from one another by removable barriers, which can be converted into a moulded part with only one chamber via simple pressure in one direction. The activation fluid or the disinfecting cloth can contain further substances, such as the pH-value-controlling substances, surfactants, guanidine derivatives, aldehydes, phenoxyethanols, phosphate esters, alcohols, sulfoxides, etc. Preferably, the disinfecting cloth according to the invention is used for disinfecting and/or sterilising medical instruments and/or medical products and/or surfaces.
UV lamp
The present invention relates to a UV lamp having an axial dimension normal to a cross-section having a cross-sectional area with a ratio of the axial dimension to the cross-sectional area in the range of 0.1 cm/cm.sup.2 to 1000 cm/cm.sup.2. The UV lamp includes a first axial conductor separated from a second axial conductor by an electrically insulating material and a light emitting diode (LED) capable of providing light at a wavelength in the range of 100 nm to 400 nm, which LED is mounted to emit light from an outer surface. The invention also relates to a method of sterilising a surface using the UV lamp.
CLEANING AND/OR DISINFECTING DEVICE
A cleaning and/or disinfecting device, including: a rinsing container having a rinsing chamber, the rinsing container having a loading opening for loading with washware to be cleaned; a rinsing chamber door, by which the loading opening can be closed in a fluid-tight manner, wherein the rinsing chamber door is a lift door configured to be displaceable translationally in a height direction of the rinsing container; and a drip collector arranged below the rinsing container in the height direction, the drip collector being configured to be displaced translationally in a direction running transversely to the height direction of the rinsing container, the drip collector being configured to be transitioned from a non-use position overlapping with the rinsing container to a use position protruding past the rinsing container on a loading opening side and from the use position back to the non-use position.
Portable hand sanitizing system in a fanny pack
A fanny pack or small pack that has at least one but preferably two or more pockets made out of an absorbent lining material capable of holding a quantity of a sanitizing substance imbibed therein.
HAND-HELD OPERATOPM CLEANING, STERIIZATION AND DISINFECTION ATOMIZING DIFFUSER
A hand-held operation cleaning, sterilization and disinfection atomizing diffuser, provided that the user conveniently holds a handle of the diffuser to operate a control unit to provide power to an air extraction device and a pumping control device to pump the cleaning, sterilizing, disinfecting or/and deodorizing liquid out of a liquid storage tank to expel via a water jet, and the gas extracted from the air extraction forms a jet stream through an air jet, and the liquid sprayed by the water jet is broken by the jet stream of the air jet at a high speed into fine droplets and atomized to clean, sterilize, disinfect or deodorize towards a target.
