Immersion Platform
An immersion platform includes a dome configured to display a predetermined scene, wherein the dome includes an outer perimeter. A controller is configured to display the predetermined scene on the dome and to activate the plurality of accessories according to a predetermined timeline. A camera is configured to allow a user to stream the user to other platforms while the user is using the platform.
Louver system and method of assembling same
A louver system including a louver assembly mounted to a frame. The louver assembly includes first and second side members mounted to respective side elements of the frame, and a number of slat subassemblies with respective slat bodies that are rotatable about respective axes of rotation thereof. The slat bodies are rotatably held between the first and second side members by pivot pins. The pivot pins include one or more extended pivot pins, for securing the louver assembly to the side elements of the frame. Each extended pivot pin extends between inner and outer ends thereof. The outer end is formed to be partially positioned in a selected one of the side elements, and to engage an outer side of the selected side element. The inner end is formed for location in a selected one of the slat bodies, to rotatably secure the selected slat body between the side elements.
Clearspan fabric structure
A clearspan structure including component systems, and methods of forming a clearspan structure including component systems, for mitigating hazards to personnel or equipment from explosions, fires, toxic material release, and other hazards in hazardous locations. The exemplary clearspan structure is also capable of withstanding environmental conditions such as snow loads and wind. The exemplary clearspan structure is, for example, a tent or fabric structure which includes a plurality of frame members forming a support system for the clearspan structure, and fabric roof portions and walls for enclosing the clearspan structure.
Modular building connector
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. The upper and lower connectors allow for coupling to adjacent upper and lower connectors, respectively, allowing for addition of a modular unit to a pre-existing modular structure. Also, ways of coupling adjacent upper connectors and coupling of adjacent lower connectors when coupling a modular unit to a pre-existing modular structure are provided.

MODULE FOR SEPARATE CONVEYANCE, STRUCTURE FOR PLANT, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING STRUCTURE FOR PLANT
Provided are a module for separate conveyance, which is inexpensive and can easily be conveyed via any route, a structure for a plant, which uses the modules for separate conveyance, and a method of constructing the structure for a plant. A module for separate conveyance, to be conveyed in a separate manner and stacked at a construction site includes: column portions to be provided upright in a vertical direction; and a horizontal structural portion to be provided in a horizontal direction between the column portions. The horizontal structural portion directly separates tier spaces adjacent to each other in an up-and-down direction when the modules for separate conveyance are stacked.
STRUCTURAL MEMBER FOR A MODULAR BUILDING
A structural member for a building, the structural member comprising: at least two spaced apart sidewalls, each sidewall formed from at least one contoured metal sheet; and at least one connecting vertex through which the sidewalls are connected, each connecting vertex include at least one structural bend formed in at least one of the contoured metal sheets, the sidewalls being connected through the connecting vertex to form a structural span therebetween, wherein each structural bend is formed between a first sheet section and a second sheet section of the respective contoured metal sheet, the first sheet section and second sheet section being connected about a bend line with the first sheet section extending from the bend line at a selected angle relative to the second sheet section, and wherein the first sheet section has a contoured profile that is a symmetrical mirror of the contoured profile to the second sheet section about the bend line.
STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
Spacer braces for walls, joists and trusses
The present invention relates to using interlocking spacer braces between support members to construct wood and metal framed walls, floors and building trusses. Spacer braces have indentations, extensions, fingers that interlock horizontally, vertically or diagonally between support members. The spacer braces can form diagonal and lateral wall bracing, diagonal and vertical chords within building truss with either horizontally or vertical orientations, beams, hold-downs and shear walls. The spacer braces can be installed between wood or metal framing members.
