Tornado safe house and garage in pyramid frustum shape
The tornado-safe structure comprises a plurality of column-wall pairs set in a concentric pattern symmetrical about both plane axes on the polygonal foundation of the concrete slab with embedded peripheral bracket assemblies securing the position of a multitude of trapezoidal columns and rectangular wall panels, resulting in polygonal frustum shape of the house or garage where columns are always in the shape of isosceles trapezoid and walls are invariably rectangular therefore manipulating angular relative placement between columns and walls on foundation allow to construe the irregular shape of the house where the vertical wall liners inside the house assure the living space with vertical walls and provide utility space between the liners and outside walls, either in one or two-story dwelling with the roof as picnic area which also provides storage for drinking water and installation of solar panels and in a garage a cultivation space.
ARCHED BUILDING STRUCTURE, MODULAR BUILDING BLOCKS, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING AN ARCHED BUILDING STRUCTURE
An arched building structure is provided having a foundation, an arch roof, a front wall, and a back wall. The arch roof is assembled from a rows of arches assembled from plurality of modular blocks. The rows of arches are interlocked with each other. The modular blocks include interlocking shapes and a fastening system.
CYCLORAMA
A panel member for a cyclorama includes a concavo-convex body having integrally-formed first and second side portions with an intermediate portion therebetween. The first side portion, the second side portion, and the intermediate portion have a radius of curvature in a Y-Z plane, and the first and second side portions have a radius of curvature in an X-Y plane that is different from the radius of curvature in the Y-Z plane to uniformly reflect or diffuse sound and light incident on the panel member.
FORMWORK PLATE FOR WALLS AND ARCHES
The present invention relates to a formwork plate comprising a flat rectangular central body extended in a first direction by a first series of flat tabs and in a second opposing direction by a second series of flat tabs, the tabs extending in the plane of the body while leaving a spacing between tabs of the same series, the plate having first and second sets of angled tabs, with each angled tab extending into the spacing between two flat tabs respectively from the first or second series, the tabs being angled while extending the body each having an angled portion and a flat distal end portion extending parallel to the flat tabs. The invention also relates to a formwork made from several plates.
Ecological house
A method and means to build an ecological house with enormous monolithic foam blocks is described here. The building structure is reinforced by liquid cement filled pipes or by glass fiber mesh. The building according to this disclosure may be 1-3 floor building. The building according to this disclosure is earthquake resistant.
Building structure and methods of assembly thereof
A building panel is provided. The building panel includes an exterior wall portion, an interior wall portion, a pair of opposing sidewalls, a first end portion and an opposite second end portion. The pair of opposing sidewalls spacing apart the interior wall portion from the exterior wall portion to define a cavity therebetween. The exterior wall portion, the interior wall portion and the pair of opposing sidewalls are arcuate in shape to define the building panel. The first end portion has a slip lock slot extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The second end portion has a slip lock tab member extending between the pair of opposing sidewalls. The slip lock slot of the building panel is configured to receive the slip lock tab member of a second building panel to adjoin the first and second building panels in a continuous fashion.
Structural plates and methods of constructing arch-shaped structures using structural plates
Structural plates and methods of constructing arch-shaped structures using structural plates. Structural plates may include a combination of features including: an outer structural plate having adjacent circumferential apertures respectively spaced nominally greater than adjacent circumferential apertures of an inner structural plate; and the outer structural plate having nominally 5 enlarged or differently shaped circumferential apertures (as compared to circumferential apertures of the inner structural plate) such that the embodiment structural plates may be radiused to a variety of different radii while achieving desirable overlapping alignment of apertures along overlapping circumferential edges for receiving fasteners therein. Joiner plates may be provided for interconnecting structural plates along transverse edges in a non-overlapping arrangement, 10 thereby reducing the quantity of structural plate material that otherwise would be needed for a given circumferential length of the arch-shaped structure.
Multi-layered structural and material system assembly
A multi-layered structural and material system assembly may include a first layer and a second layer, each of the first layer and second layer comprises a plurality of slender structural support elements, wherein a plurality of anchoring members connects the first layer to the second layer to form a skeleton of the multi-layered structural and material system assembly; and a fabric harmoniously integrated into a substantial part of the skeleton to define a plurality of singular modules, wherein the skeleton comprises a plurality of unit cells arranged in a repeating pattern, each having a first central axis and a second central axis, each unit cell of the plurality of unit cells in the first layer is in a horizontal offset displacement of a corresponding unit cell of the plurality of unit cells of the second layer.
