A lightweight transportable containerized shelter includes wall panels made of a non-metal composite material coated at least on its inner face with a metal layer for EMI protection. The several wall panels are secured to a metal structural frame without the use of fasteners so as to define a containerized transportable shelter. The shelter meets ISO standards 668 and 1496. The shelter provides a continuous barrier to electromagnetic signals. Moreover, the containerized shelter is amenable to nine high stacking as required for ISO certification.

The invention is directed broadly to a modular housing system having a structural framework comprising an internal chassis as a core structural element, the internal chassis including: a first ladder frame that defines a base; four columns at least two being extendable columns; and a second ladder frame engaged to the first ladder frame via the four columns, such that at least one of a distance and an angle between the first ladder frame and the second ladder frame is adjustable to define a usable volume of the structural framework.

A building system that includes a modular panel with side members, at least one of the side members having an associated coupling for hooked connection with a corresponding shaped fixture of an adjacent structure, the coupling and fixture being adapted to be held together by a locking device that, when engaged, acts to lock the structure and the side member together and, when disengaged, allows for play between the panel and structure in order to free the panel from the structure.

A swimming pool cover assembly including a frame, at least one cover, and an adjustment means. The frame including at least one inflatable portion and an interconnected three-dimensional (3D) lattice of inflatable straight tubes. The at least one cover is supported by the frame to define an exercise chamber including at least part of a swimming pool. The adjustment means reduces an oxygen content of air in the exercise chamber compared with air external the exercise chamber. The exercise chamber has elongate sidewalls.

The present invention provides a method for prefabricating, transporting, and rapidly assembling a portable, rigid, dome-shaped structure, with the structural integrity to enable the suspension of extensive hardware and supplies. Said structure would be shaped for acoustic purposes, extremely durable, and allow for extensive climate control. A gable assembly is for use with a modular watercraft lift cover. The gable assembly covers the watercraft when the watercraft is secured to a mooring, the gable assembly having a truss-like configuration, the gable assembly being secured to the mooring, the gable assembly being supportable by only one cantilever, when the gable assembly extends beyond the mooring. The gable assembly has a robust, lightweight design that is compatible and adjustable for width, height and length as the boat owner modifies his existing boat or purchases a new boat, and that will protect the watercraft from the elements and will withstand even the severest of storms, undamaged as well as having the ability to be cantilevered. The gable assembly is easy for the user to assemble and adjust on square lake style boat lifts, and the typically non-square tidal lifts.

A corner assembly for a portable shelter is disclosed herein. The corner assembly includes a corner connecting member configured to couple a support post member to one or more roof frame members of a portable shelter; and a corner trim member configured to be coupled to the corner connecting member, the corner trim member configured to be secured to the corner connecting member by a user disposed in the interior of the portable shelter. In one or more embodiments, the corner assembly further includes a support post member, the support post member configured to support a roof frame structure of a portable shelter. The corner connecting member may include a downwardly extending flange configured to extend along an interior surface of the support post member. The corner trim member may be configured to be coupled to the downwardly extending flange of the corner connecting member.

Implementations of the present invention relate to systems, methods, and apparatus for delivering and/or removing fluid from a discrete location within a building. In particular, the present invention involves a modular conduit system that can supply or remove air, water, gas, or other fluids to/from an individual space created by modular walls.
