HYBRID FOUNDATION SYSTEM
A foundation support system for supporting a manufactured building from a ground surface, includes a pan configured to engage the ground surface. The pan includes a longitudinal bracket integrally formed in the pan. The bracket includes a pair of spaced walls extending in a longitudinal direction. First and second longitudinal struts include first and second lower strut ends, respectively, received between and attached to the spaced walls of the longitudinal bracket. The pan may also include an integrally formed lateral bracket which receives a lateral strut. The pan may include integral reinforcing ribs extending parallel to and between the walls of each bracket.
Building Skirting Base
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Building skirting base
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Night vision tunnel
Provided in this disclosure is a portable night vision tunnel for operating a vehicle in a simulated night environment. The night vision tunnel is formed by assembling a plurality of modules on a driving surface to provide a darkened interior in which the vehicle can be driven. Each of the modules are formed of inflatable arch components each having a light-absorptive interior surface for creating the simulated night environment for operating the vehicle. A fastener arrangement connects each of the arch components to an adjoining one to form a single module. The tunnel includes a portal formed on an able arch component at a respective module proximate to the end of the tunnel. The portal admits the vehicle into the tunnel while maintaining the simulated night environment for operating the vehicle. An air circulation system ventilates and circulates air within an interior space of the tunnel.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR A BUILDING STRUCTURE
A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the manufactured home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the building structure and to prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.
NIGHT VISION TUNNEL
Provided in this disclosure is a portable night vision tunnel for operating a vehicle in a simulated night environment. The night vision tunnel is formed by assembling a plurality of modules on a driving surface to provide a darkened interior in which the vehicle can be driven. Each of the modules are formed of inflatable arch components each having a light-absorptive interior surface for creating the simulated night environment for operating the vehicle. A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the building structure having a support frame including at least one support beam, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the mobile home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the support beam and prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.
Anchor Pier For Manufactured Building
An anchor pier for supporting a manufactured building, in which the anchor pier includes having a shaft with a connector and a helical flight proximate a driving tip, with a brace member attached to the connector and to the manufactured building with a connector, to transfer loading between the manufactured building and the ground.
