HOUSING COMPLEX WITH PORTABLE HOUSING UNITS CONVERTIBLE INTO YACHTS
A housing unit which is portable, easily movable, such as via a forklift. Preferably, the housing unit is selectively moveable back and forth between a housing complex on land and the water. The housing complex is configured to be quickly connected to and disconnected from one or more utilities. Preferably, the housing unit is configured to be locked onto a haul using quick-connect locks, such that the housing unit effectively becomes a yacht on the water. The housing unit may be configured to be powered via basically any appropriate technology, whether conventional gas and electric, or via any type of green energy, such as geothermal, solar, rechargeable batteries, etc., or really any type of energy whether available now or in the future.
Anchor Pier For Manufactured Building
An anchor pier for supporting a manufactured building, in which the anchor pier includes having a shaft with a connector and a helical flight proximate a driving tip, with a brace member attached to the connector and to the manufactured building with a connector, to transfer loading between the manufactured building and the ground. A method of supporting a manufactured building is disclosed.

Expandable kiosk structure with public service element
An expanded kiosk and kiosk system that is collapsible and deployable by expansion and contraction. The kiosk includes a lighting system adapted to provide a light characteristic to the kiosk and represent a lamp post or light post for public or private spaces. Deployment of the kiosk includes moving first and second vertically-oriented structural units away from one another such that one or more of a canopy, a working surface and/or a front-facing surface are fully deployed and the canopy surface and working surface are substantially parallel to one another.
Expandable structure and vendor space
An expandable structure that includes front and rear structural units having inside-facing surfaces parallel to one another, a retractable top that spans the front and rear structural units, and first and second retractable partitions each of which spans and connects the front and rear structural units. The front structural unit is fixably attached to a substrate and the rear structural unit is mounted on a rolling mechanism so that the rear structural unit may be moved away from the front structural unit in an orientation perpendicular to the face of the first structural unit to a distance equivalent to a deployed depth of the first retractable partition, the second retractable partition and the retractable top.
TRANSPORTABLE MULTI-PURPOSE STRUCTURE
A flat-packed, transportable room is disclosed, which is intended to be usable to provide private space on demand within a larger office environment. The room of the present invention is configurable in multiple modes, such as one mode for use as a room and a second mode configured to facilitate movement, such as flat-packed.
Removable and Transportable Modular Microhousing and Method of Using the Same
The current invention is modular housing system which includes a docking or support structure and a plurality of removable, transferable, and customizable modular housing units. The docking/support structure provides all the basic utilities for each housing unit as well as a permanent, stationary location for accommodating each of a number of modular housing units in a dense urban environment without disrupting or altering the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Each housing unit is a self-contained living unit and includes all the basic necessities and features including a kitchen, living area, and bedroom. Each housing unit may further be vinyl wrapped so as to cosmetically match the housing units to the surrounding neighborhood or to provide any appearance desired by the owner/user.
Pier and beam foundation leveling system
A leveling apparatus many be used for building new construction or for releveling an existing structure. A user may place a leveling apparatus between a pier and a beam of a pier and beam foundation. The leveling apparatus may include a bottom plate that rests on the pier and a top plate that supports the beam. The bottom plate and the top plate may be separated by threaded rods. The leveling apparatus may be sufficiently small that it may fit between the pier and beam in situations where space may be limited. The user may rotate one or more nut fasteners to adjust the height between the bottom plate and the top plate. Adjusting the separation between the plates can result in leveling of a floor by adjusting the spacing between a beam and the ground.
Building skirting base
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Waterproof storage unit
A storage unit which is substantially water proof is provided. The storage unit may comprise a shell having lower edges which mate into a groove formed in a top surface of a base to provide a substantially waterproof barrier therebetween. The junction between the lower edge of the side walls and the first groove may be sealed with a water proof sealant. A front side wall of the shell may have an aperture therethrough to allow users to move items into and out of the storage unit. A door may be attached to the storage unit to prevent water from entering into the storage unit through the aperture. Moreover, a lower edge of the door body may be inserted into a second groove formed in the top surface of the base to prevent water from entering into the storage unit from under the door.
