Anchor pier for manufactured building
An anchor pier for supporting a manufactured building, in which the anchor pier includes having a shaft with a connector and a helical flight proximate a driving tip, with a brace member attached to the connector and to the manufactured building with a connector, to transfer loading between the manufactured building and the ground. A method of supporting a manufactured building is disclosed.
RAPIDLY DEPLOYABLE AIR SUPPORTED STRUCTURE SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
Transportable and rapidly deployable air supported structure systems and related methods are disclosed. The air supported structure systems include at least one transportable container. The systems also include a flexible outer membrane configured to couple to a base in a substantially air-tight manner. The systems further include at least one air handling mechanism contained within the at least one container configured to force air between the outer membrane and the base to form an enclosure therebetween via internal air pressure. The systems are configurable between a packaged state with the outer membrane contained within the at least one container, and a deployed state with the outer membrane being coupled to the base and the at least one air handling mechanism forming the enclosure via the internal air pressure. The at least one container may form a portion of the base and/or provide for ingress and egress with the enclosure.
BUILDING SKIRTING BASE
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Three dimensional structural frames and enclosures
Three dimensional structural frames and enclosures and related methods are disclosed herein. In an example embodiment, an enclosure includes a plurality of three dimensional structural frames and opposing wall portions interconnected by the plurality of three dimensional structural frames, where the wall portions include a plurality of uniform wall sections, where the wall sections include a wall panel portion, a top wall portion, and sidewall portions, where the sidewall portions of the plurality of wall sections are joined to form the wall portions, and where the plurality of three dimensional structural frames are attached to the top wall portions of the wall sections.
Building stabilization system
A home stabilization system includes a base assembly configured to be mounted to a ground; a lateral transfer strut configured to be pivotably coupled to a manufactured home at a first transfer strut end and pivotably coupled to the base assembly at an opposite second transfer strut end; and a vertical brace configured to be pivotably coupled to a manufactured home at a first vertical brace end and pivotably coupled to the base assembly at an opposite second vertical brace end.
Portable Outdoor Suite Space for Recreational Vehicle Sites
In an illustrative embodiment, a modular transportable outdoor suite and method for deploying such a suite at a recreational vehicle site are disclosed. In a shipping configuration, the modular transportable outdoor suite is configured as a module that is unloadable from a transport vehicle and positionable as such, with a primary room cartridge that hold a secondary room cartridge in its interior. Once the module is positioned, the secondary room cartridge slides out and drops into a position adjacent to the primary room cartridge to form a suite with multiple living spaces. A tertiary room cartridge may be unfolded from a side of the primary room cartridge opposite the secondary room cartridge deployed position to form another living space.
Raised foundation system for prefabricated real property structure
A raised foundation system for supporting a prefabricated real property structure having a downwardly facing mounting structure. The system includes a slab having footers; for each footer, a column attached thereto; a plurality of elongated main braces attached to the columns; and a plurality of elongated lateral braces attached to the main braces. At least two of the main braces extend along a plane, and each lateral brace extends the plane or another plane parallel to the plane. The main and lateral braces form an upwardly facing mounting structure configured to attach to the downwardly facing mounting structure.
A PORTABLE BUILDING
A portable building, the portable building including: a body having at least one wall that is adapted to move from a substantially vertical position to a second position; and at least one slideout portion that slides outwardly from the body. The body is substantially the size of an ISO shipping container in a transport configuration.
RAISED FOUNDATION SYSTEM FOR PREFABRICATED REAL PROPERTY STRUCTURE
A raised foundation system for supporting a prefabricated real property structure having a downwardly facing mounting structure. The system includes a slab having footers; for each footer, a column attached thereto; a plurality of elongated main braces attached to the columns; a plurality of elongated lateral braces attached to the main braces; and at least one auxiliary brace attached to a lateral brace and to either another lateral brace or a main brace. At least two of the main braces extend along a plane or another plane. The main and lateral braces form an upwardly facing mounting structure configured to attach to the downwardly facing mounting structure.
