Profile rail with reinforcing element

A rail assembly is provided, suitable for embedding in concrete, including a profile rail having a rail body, wherein the rail body has a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, a first rail lip protruding from the first lateral wall, and a second rail lip protruding from the second lateral wall. The rail assembly has a reinforcing element with a force-absorbing body, wherein the force-absorbing body is positioned in front of the first lateral wall of the profile rail for contacting the first lateral wall of the profile rail with the force-absorbing body. A construction body having a concrete element, in which a rail assembly of this type is embedded is also provided.

Structure having edge reinforcement on profiled rail

A structure is provided, including a concrete body having a first surface and having a second surface arranged at an angle to the first surface; a profiled rail embedded in the concrete body, the profiled rail having a rail body having a rail slot extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profiled rail, and the profiled rail emerging on the first surface of the concrete body; and a reinforcing body, which emerges on the second surface of the concrete body and which overlaps with the rail body, with regard to the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profiled rail, at least in some regions. A profiled rail assembly for such a structure is also provided.

Connector assembly for allowing relative movement between two building members

The present subject matter relates to systems, assemblies, and methods for connecting structural members together. A connector assembly includes an elongated track having a web, opposed edge portions that extend from a first surface of the web and that form a pair of slide channels, and one or more protrusions protruding from a second surface of the web opposing the first surface, the one or more protrusions being configured to connect to the first building member. A connecting member is adapted to connect to the second building member and includes a base that retains the connecting member to the channels but is movable within the channels along the track. In this configuration, when the connector assembly is connected between the first and second building members, the connecting member is movable in the track in response to relative movement between the first and second building members.

Concrete Construction Element and Reinforcement Arrangement, Especially for a Concrete Construction Element

A concrete construction element has a concrete base body with at least one flat side and an end face. An anchor rail is embedded in the concrete base body. A reinforcement component is provided that has a plate embedded in the concrete base body at a side of the anchor rail which is facing toward the end face of the concrete base body. The reinforcement component has two anchors fixedly connected to the plate, wherein the two anchors extend away from the plate to a side of the anchor rail which is facing away from the plate. The two anchors each have an end facing away from the plate, wherein the end has an anchoring section, wherein the anchoring section forms an undercut in a direction toward the plate.

Wall securing assembly for securing an elevator component

A wall securing assembly is integrated into an elevator shaft wall for securing a guide rail to the wall. The wall has a first concrete region that is reinforced with reinforcements and a second concrete region that is not reinforced. The second region covers the first region and has a surface that is exposed to the surroundings. The securing assembly has an elongated profile of C-shaped cross-section embedded solely into the second region and oriented in the vertical direction of the wall. Since tensile forces acting on a guide rail in an elevator shaft are very low, it is acceptable to secure the guide rail to the profile that is cast into the second region covering the reinforcement. The profile is anchor element-free and can be arranged in the wall vertically whereby guide rail holding consoles can be secured to the profile at any height.

An end cap for a profile rail includes a connector for connecting the end cap to the profile rail and a fastening leg, where the fastening leg defines an opening and where a fastening pin is guidable through the opening to mount the profile rail. The opening has a cross-sectional constriction and the fastening pin is holdable in the opening by the cross-sectional constriction.

PPVC CONNECTOR

A PPVC connector is provided for joining a first PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) module and a second PPVC module. The PPVC connector is adopted for coupling or joining a first PPVC module and a second PPVC module together, comprising a first anchor for attaching to the first PPVC module; a second anchor for attaching to the second PPVC module; and a frame for coupling the first anchor and the second anchor together. The first anchor, the second anchor, the frame or a combination of any of these components comprise a plate having at least one side for attaching to one of the PPVC Module. Due to confinement effect, the first module and the second module are prevented from detachment so as to bind the first PPVC module and the second PPVC module together permanently to form a monolithic assemble.

CONCRETE ANCHORS

A concrete anchor system is disclosed. A concrete anchor system can connect a structure to a concrete foundation or floor. The concrete anchor system can include a concrete anchor rod and an anchor rail that is designed to hold the anchor rod in place. The anchor rail can be installed prior to a concrete foundation being poured and can remain in the concrete foundation after the concrete has cured.
