Enclosure Component Edge Seal Systems
An end cap, to be secured to an edge of a building structure enclosure component, which comprises a planar elongate seal plate having an interior face, an opposed exterior face, a first edge, an opposed second edge and a thickness. The interior face is adapted to be secured to the edge of the enclosure component, an elongate key is provided on the interior face of the seal plate, and an elongate accessory slot is defined in the exterior face of the seal plate, with the accessory slot having a depth less than the thickness of the seal plate.
Wall Component Appurtenances
A toe screw housing, for securing abutting enclosure components together, having a bearing plate with an interior face, an exterior face and a beveled upper edge; a toe screw well joined to and extending away from the interior face and including a fastener shelf; a toe screw support joined to the interior face, and additionally joined to and extending away from the fastener shelf, the toe screw support distal from the fastener shelf including a planar support surface oriented perpendicular to the interior face; and a fastener bore passing through the fastener shelf, the toe screw support and the support surface and inclined at a second angle relative to the interior face of the bearing plate.
Enclosure Component Shear Seal Systems
A sealing system having a first seal plate with a first interior face and an opposed first exterior face, with the first interior face adapted to be secured to a first enclosure component, and the first exterior face defining an seal slot. The first seal plate is adapted to mate with a planar a second seal plate by lateral movement of a second exterior face of the second seal plate relative to the first exterior face of the first seal plate. A resilient shear seal, positioned in the seal slot, has a hollow seal chamber and comprises a base and first and second seal walls joined to the base and extending away from the base in a diverging relationship. A seal support is joined to an end of the first seal wall distal from the base, a seal closure is joined to an end of the second seal wall distal from the base, and a planar cantilevered seal surface is joined to an end of the seal closure distal from the second seal wall at a shear seal junction. The cantilevered seal surface is oriented at an upward angle relative to the base and terminates at a free end, and an end of the seal support distal from the first seal wall is joined either to the shear seal junction, or to the elongate planar cantilevered seal surface proximate to the shear seal junction, thereby defining the hollow seal chamber.
Enclosure Component Compression Seal Systems
A sealing system with a first seal plate having an interior face and an opposed exterior face. The interior face is adapted to be secured to an enclosure component, and the exterior face defines a seal slot. The first seal plate is adapted to mate with a second seal plate. A resilient compression seal is positioned in the seal slot, and has a base and first and second seal walls joined to and extending away from the base in a diverging relationship. First and second arcuate buttresses are joined respectively to the first and second seal walls distal from the base, and first and second planar seal surfaces are joined to ends of the first and second arcuate buttresses distal from the seal walls, with the first and second seal surfaces extending away from the arcuate buttresses in a converging relationship. First and second closure ends of a seal closure are joined to ends of the seal surfaces distal from the arcuate buttresses. The base, seal walls, arcuate buttresses, seal surfaces and seal closure define a hollow seal chamber.
Precast building material
A precast building material contains a substrate, a peripheral frame, a metal reinforcement unit, and a concrete layer. The substrate is in a parallelogram shape. The peripheral frame is mounted around the substrate so that an accommodation chamber is defined between the peripheral frame and the substrate. The peripheral frame includes multiple first connection rails having at least one first slot, multiple second connection rails having at least one second slot, multiple first engagement portions, and multiple second engagement portions. The respective first connection rail has multiple first locking orifices, and the respective second connection rail has multiple second locking orifices. The metal reinforcement unit is fixed in the accommodation chamber and includes multiple rebars. The concrete layer paving the accommodation chamber, and the concrete layer is connected with the peripheral frame and the metal reinforcement unit and is removable from the substrate.
BRACKET
The invention relates to a bracket to restrain a partition wall in the interior of a building. The bracket comprises a body having a generally hollow sheath and a shaft that is slidable within the sheath to adjust the bracket. The bracket is particularly suitable for supporting internal partition walls of buildings that are located in areas prone to earthquakes and high winds because the bracket allows for the wall to be laterally supported while also accommodating vertical movement experienced during building deflection and inter-storey drift without transferring compression and expansion loads onto the partition wall.
Interlocking panels
The disclosed interlocking panel systems are portable, self-supporting, and modular. They may function as guards around the sides, rear, and a surface of a workspace and can be disassembled by one person and transported to a sink for cleaning or another location for use or storage. They may also function as structural panels for constructing an enclosure, such as a building.
Student Protection Screen
A student protection mechanism comprises a shield having three panes of materials in association together. A central pane is attached to two wings one on the right side thereof and one on the left side thereof. The attachment is rotationally effected by either of material flexibility, a strip of material acting as a connector.
Structural panel chase connection manufacture method
Structural Panel Chase Connection Manufacture Methods are the embedded frame solution to the problems associated with providing access for services, such as plumbing or electrical chases with high precision and accuracy. Connecting two or more panels in any direction using the embedded frame method becomes easy yet incredibly strong without requiring special tools for assembly or disassembly, so that components can be flat packed and stored when not in use. Flexible and variable these Structural Panel Chase Connection Manufacture Methods can accommodate a wide variety of dimensional configuration, not limited to only panel, post and beam configurations and can be manufactured using any available flat building materials.
INSULATED PANEL STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing a kit for a cold storage room includes the following steps: determining one or more dimensions of the cold storage room; providing continuously manufactured insulation panels, cut to have a length based on the dimensions of the cold storage room, and having alignment structures formed thereon; cutting one or more of the continuously manufactured insulation panels to have a width based on the dimensions of the cold storage room and to form one or more joints; forming connecting structures on one or more of the continuously manufactured insulation panels, the connecting structures configured to form one or more joints; and providing connection hardware configured to mate with the connecting structures and to form one or more joints.
