Foundation Waterproofing Assembly
A foundation waterproofing assembly for cracked foundations includes a panel that is flexible and water resistant. A plurality of slats is coupled to and extends substantially perpendicularly from the panel. The slats are positioned in parallel on the panel and extend from a top to a bottom of the panel. The panel is configured to bend into a curved configuration such that the panel is insertable into a recess adjoining at least one crack in a foundation. The panel is configured to direct water entering the recess from the at least one crack to a point below a floor abutting the foundation, such that water is prevented from penetrating to the interior of the structure.
Drainage system with contiguous void
A drainage system for engaging and removing accumulating drainage water with a sump pump liner, a sump pump disposed within the liner, and at least one contiguous void with an inner volume in fluidic communication with an inner volume of the liner. The void can comprise a low pressure void compartment disposed distal to the bottom of the liner, or the void can comprise a water harvesting arm with a proximal end retained by the main body of the liner and a body portion that projects from the main body. Liner-void apertures can be disposed in the bottom of the main body of the liner, and void-environment apertures can be disposed in a void bottom partition. The main body can have a rectangular cross section with a lateral water harvesting arm projecting from each sidewall.
WHOLE HOME WATER APPLIANCE SYSTEM
A whole home water appliance system includes controller circuitry, a primary sump pump driven by an electric motor, and a secondary sump pump driven with a flow of water. The system also includes a water control actuator operable as a water main control device for a domestic water distribution network and a flow meter to measure the flow of municipal water supplied to the network. The controller circuitry selectively energizes the primary sump pump to extract liquid from a sump pit based on a liquid level in the sump pit. The secondary sump pump independently controlled by a hydraulic level sensor to extract liquid from the sump pit. The water control actuator controlled by the controller circuitry to shut off a municipal water supply to the domestic water distribution network in response to detection of a leak. Communication circuitry included in the whole home water appliance may wirelessly communicate.
FRENCH DRAIN DRAINPIPE
A French drain drainpipe with built-in means for flushing iron ocher out of the drainpipe, out of the perforations, and out of the gravel surrounding the drainpipe. Said means may include chambers for receiving pressurized washing fluids and exit orifices from the chambers. Fittings are provided for connecting the chambers to a pressurized source of washing fluids, such as hose fittings for connecting to a normal household water supply.
DRAINAGE DEVICES AND SYSTEM
A drainage device for use under the floor of a building to facilitate drainage of water along a foundation of the building under the floor. The drainage device can include a corner drainage device that is capable of assuming a number of near 90 degree shapes so that the drainage device can be easily fitted to the corner of the foundation. A bridge drainage device permits more rapid installation of the drainage devices. The bridge device can be used to bridge between two drainage devices so that it is not necessary to cut the drainage devices precisely to fit on a footing of any selected length.
Dual channel drainage seal for channeling water seepage and mitigating radon gas admittance in a basement or subterranean area
A dual channel drainage seal for enclosing a joint between a slab and a foundation sidewall of a subterranean area. The drainage seal includes and lower channel and an upper channel stacked over the lower channel. The lower channel is affixed on top of the slab and against the sidewall to form and enclosed channel for retaining and routing radon and/or water seepage at the joint to a sump pit. The upper channel is open on top and configured to capture and route water seepage from the sidewall above to the sump for discharge, thereby protecting the interior portions of the slab from radon and water damage.
Casing accessories
The present disclosure is directed to casing accessories for use with multi-component wall systems. Some of the casing accessories of the present disclosure can include a mounting bracket to attach the accessory to a wall structure and a channel formed in part by a spacer that can be adjusted to adjust the channel width in order to encase components of multi-component wall systems that can vary in width from one installation to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can include one or more drainage canals that direct water from one part of the casing accessories to another. In another aspect, some of the casing accessories can impede fire propagation through multi-component wall systems.
MOISTURE-PROOF PROTECTION DEVICE FOR TRADITIONAL VILLAGE BUILDINGS
A moisture-proof protection device for traditional village buildings is provided. The device includes a support plate, a first isolation component is arranged on the support plate. Multiple limiting components are arranged in the first isolation component, and the limiting components are fixedly connected to a top surface of the support plate. Each corner of a bottom surface of the support plate is fixedly connected to a second isolation component, and the second isolation component is in communication with the first isolation component. The second isolation component includes a support column arranged in a ground, and an inverted conical cylinder is fixedly connected to one end of the support column extending out of the ground. A first water inlet pipe is arranged in the inverted conical cylinder, and is in communication with the first isolation component.
Perimeter drain
The present disclosure provides a water drainage system comprising: a plurality of lengths of drain pipe comprising a channel and a vertical wall, wherein (i) the vertical wall comprises one or more standoffs extending horizontally from the vertical wall and (ii) wherein the drain pipe comprises a top edge and a bottom edge, each of the top and bottom edges being bifurcated by a v-shaped notch.
