FIRE-RATED WALL AND CEILING SYSTEM
The present application is directed toward fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, flat straps for use between tracks and fluted wall components, fire sponges for use in fluted wall components, and tracks with protruding grooves or other structures which prevent unwanted air movement between a wallboard component and the track.

Building Construction Element for Efficient Erection of a Building
A building construction element for the efficient erection of a building is disclosed. The construction element is attached to other construction elements to form a structure or positioned around a structure to provide protection behind the series of construction elements. The construction element includes a plurality of interlocking supports, a first coupling bracket, a second coupling bracket, an interior-wall sheet, and an exterior-wall sheet. Each of the interlocking supports engage at least one other interlocking support to form a wall. The first coupling bracket and the second coupling bracket secure the plurality of interlocking supports together. The interior-wall sheet and the exterior-wall enclose the plurality of interlocking supports, the first coupling bracket, and the second coupling bracket in order to reduce heat and sound transfer through the construction element.

WALL OR CEILING PANEL AND WALL OR CEILING ASSEMBLY
A wall or ceiling panel, which, on one side edge, comprises a male coupling part and, on an opposite side edge, comprises a female coupling part. The male coupling part comprises a tongue and the female coupling part comprises a groove. The groove is bordered by a front lip and a rear lip, with the characteristic that the panel forms a ceiling-high wall panel and/or has a length of at least 2400 mm.

Structural connection system for modular frameworks
The present invention provides a construction set suitable for creating a variety of structures and includes a plurality of elements. A modular construction system includes hubs which are embodied as solid-surfaced hexahedrons having at least one flanged protrusion on at least two faces of each hexahedron. Adjacent structural bodies in the modular construction system may be connected to as few as one face of a hub, or to as many as all six faces, by means of attachable connector elements. The hexahedron at the core of the hub may be of the same or larger dimensions relative to the cross-section of the framing materials (e.g., lumber, tubing, composites, metals, extruded members) it connects.

Corrugated furring strips and use of same in upright wall structures
Corrugated furring strips are used on the outer side of an exterior insulation layer in an exterior wall construction. The corrugated furring strips support a final cladding layer at an offstanding position from the insulation, thereby providing a rainscreen. The corrugated furring strips are fastened to the framework of the wall through the exterior insulation layer. Optional bridging members shaped to conformingly mate with lands and grooves of the corrugated furring straps cooperate therewith to define a support grid with improved load capacity for heavier cladding materials and more fastening location options. The insulation layer is free of any thermal bridges other than the insulation-penetrating fasteners used to support the furring and optional bridges. Thermally insulative washers isolate the furring and optional bridges from the fasteners to further improve the insulating effect of the wall.
