TWO-PIECE TRACK SYSTEM
A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.

FOLDABLE MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS
A foldable modular wall system includes a track, one or more stationary wall modules, and one or more foldable wall modules. The foldable wall modules are pivotally and slidably connected to the track such that the foldable wall modules can be selectively moved between a closed confirmation and an open configuration. The foldable modular wall system can also include power hinge jumpers through which electrical wires can nm to power electronic components embedded in or disposed on the foldable wall modules.
WALL PANEL
A system for forming a wall is described. In an embodiment, the panel comprises: one or more prefabricated wall panels each panel comprising: a rear board; a front board forming an internal face for a room, said front board spaced away from said rear board to form a cavity; a first side stud and a second side stud, each side stud connected to the front and rear boards on opposing sides of the cavity; and a head track and a base track, each track connected to the front and rear board and the first and second side stud at a top and bottom of said boards and studs respectively; and wherein the first side stud comprises a male mating means and the second side stud comprises a female mating means such that the prefabricated wall panel can mate with an adjacent prefabricated wall panel to form a continuous internal wall surface.
Gasket and drop seal associated with acoustic panel capable of impeding flow of sound into cavity of drop seal
The invention(s) disclosed herein include(s) various panels, components of panels, partitions, systems, and/or methods that increase acoustic insulation. For example, some embodiments include a movable partition where the interface between two panels includes various gaskets, damping elements, and/or perforations that mitigate sound transmission from one side of the partition to the other. In one or more embodiments, the partition and/or panel(s) include one or more upper and/or lower drops seals having a gasket that significantly impedes sound from entering a window associated with the panel(s), which in some embodiments leads to a cavity/region relative to which the drop seal is retractable/extendable.
COMPOSITE ARTICLES PROVIDING FLAME RETARDANCY AND NOISE REDUCTION
A thermoplastic composite article comprising a porous core layer and an open cell skin disposed on a first surface of the core layer is described. The composite article comprises a noise reduction coefficient of at least 0.5 as tested by ASTM C423-17 and a flame spread index of less than 25 and a smoke development index of less than 150 as tested by ASTM E84 dated 2009.
Robotic picking system device and method
A bin is described for use on a robotic picking system grid. The bin is capable of removing liquids from beneath a robotic picking system following spillages or sprinkler deployments.
Prefabricated demising and end walls
An example apparatus is disclosed that may be a demising wall that may include two structurally insulated panels (SIPS). Each of the SIPS may be configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit, and the two SIPS are spaced apart to define an interstitial space between the SIPS, wherein each of the SIPS includes an interior surface having a magnesium oxide board and an exterior surface having a fiber cement board. An example method is disclosed for assembling a demising wall to a floor panel. An example apparatus is disclosed that may be an end wall panel that may include two SIPS. Each of the SIPS may be configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit. An example method is disclosed for assembling an end wall panel to a floor panel.
MODULAR AND REUSABLE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION WALL
A modular, reusable temporary enclosure system is particularly suited for the renovation of buildings having stacked concrete floors supported by steel and/or concrete columns. The system consists of a set of track components, one fastened to the floor, and one fastened to the ceiling. Columns assembled from rigid panels are supported and aligned between these components. The panel edges are connected to one another by an interfacing spline assembly. To ensure that the components can be brought up to the construction site by elevator, individual panels are shorter than the full distance between the floors.
AEROGEL CONTAINING FOAM BOARD
An insulative construction product includes a polyurethane foam core and a mixture of Aerogel and carbon black that is disposed within the polyurethane foam core. The mixture of Aerogel and carbon black includes between 90 and 99 weight percent Aerogel and between 1 and 10 weight percent carbon black. The polyurethane foam core includes between 10 and 90 percent by volume of the of Aerogel and carbon black mixture and the construction product has an R-value of at least 8.0 R/inch.
