SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONFIGURATION OF BUILDINGS OR STORAGE
A modular building system or storage system is disclosed with a number of stacks of containers as shown in FIG. 2, the stacks being positioned within a frame structure having uprights and a horizontal grid disposed above the stacks, the grid having substantially perpendicular rails on which load handling devices can run. Containers having functions associated with a number of residential or commercial uses are moved in to and out of the stacks by the robotic handling devices running on the grid. The containers disposed in the stacks are selected by function on demand by a user. In this way the building is reconfigurable to take in to account required uses.
ROBOTIC CONTAINER HANDLING DEVICE AND METHOD
A system and method for handling shipping containers is described. The container handling system includes a crane, the crane having crane load handling devices. The container handling system includes a conveyance device, the conveyance device including transversal load handling devices. The system provides storage and sortation for storing the containers in a series of stacks disposed beneath a grid, the grid having a series of load handling devices operable thereon. The crane load handling device removes a container from a ship, transports it to transversal load handling device operable on a conveyor. The container is moved on the conveyor to a transfer point where it is collected by a robotic load handling device for transport to the storage and sortation area.
DEVICES AND METHODS TO PROVIDE AIR CIRCULATION TO INSULATION MATERIAL
Insulation devices, methods and related construction techniques are provided. An exemplary device may include a body having a plurality of openings defining an openwork, to allow the passage of air therethrough when placed in contact with insulation material. The device may further include a plurality of spacer struts and/or spacing depressions fixedly attached to the body. The struts may be configured to maintain a predetermined distance between a first side of the insulation material and a building surface. The body and struts act together to define and maintain a space between the first side of the insulation material and the building surface, for example, for ventilation. The building surface can be the bottom face of a roof, an insulated attic floor, wall sheathing or a soundproofed demising wall, for example. The spacer device can be capable of being transported and stored together with, or as a separate item from, the insulation material, and can also be stored in nested layers. The device can also be stored in rolled form. The openwork of the device can additionally or alternatively include a sheet of entangled net filaments or other similar material.

The provision of these services within individual containers rather than across the system as a whole, allows for flexibility in storage whilst reducing cost and inefficiency and enables multiple crops to be grown in a single area.
ROBOTIC PICKING SYSTEM DEVICE AND METHOD
A bin is described for use on a robotic picking system grid. The bin is capable of removing liquids from beneath a robotic picking system following spillages or sprinkler deployments.
JOINT-SEALING TAPE AND SEALING ARRANGEMENT WITH SUCH SEALING TAPE
The present invention relates to a joint-sealing tape with an elongated carrier and at least two separate sealing elements of predetermined width, which are disposed on one side of the carrier, spaced apart, side-by-side and running in the longitudinal direction of the carrier, and which each have two oppositely disposed broad sides as well as two narrow sides running transversely relative to the broad sides and connecting them, wherein the sealing elements are disposed with one broad side on the carrier, wherein the sealing elements are each joined firmly to the carrier only via part of their broad side. Furthermore, the invention relates to a sealing arrangement for sealing of building structure joints, especially for sealing against sound and/or smoke and if applicable against fire, with such a sealing tape.
DRYWALL CONSTRUCTION FOR RESONANCE SOUND ABSORPTION
The invention relates to a drywall construction for resonance sound absorption. The drywall construction comprises a plurality of drywall profiles and fixed thereto at least one layer of plasterboards having an opening arranged therein. The drywall construction further comprises a resonance chamber in fluid connection with the opening, the resonance chamber and the opening having a size and shape so that sound of predetermined resonance frequencies enters the resonance chamber via the opening.
