Bullet projectile resistant drywall structure
A bullet projectile resistant drywall structure for building a rifle bullet resistant separation wall, the drywall structure comprising a plurality of drywall profiles arranged in a manner so as to form a drywall sub structure capable of attaching building boards thereto, each drywall profile having a base portion and connected thereto parallel extending flange portions with an outer site capable of fixing building boards thereto by screws; a plurality of inner gypsum fiber boards arranged between the drywall profiles so as to extend between adjacent base portions of the drywall profiles and a plurality of outer gypsum fiber boards respectively attached to both outer sides of the parallel extending flange portions.
DEMOUNTABLE WALL SYSTEM WITH REMOVABLE COVER
A demountable wall system includes a frame component that has a base. The demountable wall system also includes a biasing element and a cover that is removably coupled to the frame component. The cover includes a cover body and an engagement projection extending outwards from the cover body, and the biasing element is configured to bias the cover such that the engagement projection engages the frame component.
Prefabricated construction wall assembly
A prefabricated construction wall assembly comprising: a frame structure having a first thermal expansion coefficient; and a panel configured for covering at least a majority of the a face of the frame structure, said panel having a second thermal expansion coefficient different from the first thermal expansion coefficient, and a solid-surface exterior face exposed to an exterior of the wall assembly and an interior face connected to the face of the frame structure so as to withstand the thermal structural differences between the frame structure and the exterior face.
ASSEMBLY BRACKET IN PARTITIONING SYSTEM FOR TEMPORARY AND FLEXIBLE-USE STRUCTURES
A temporary, non-fixed partitioning system includes a common assembly bracket that can be readily assembled with a wall panel formed of various standard dimensioned building supplies. The wall panels may include a standard door slab, a standard window sash, standard dimensional lumber, a peg board, a chalk board, a whiteboard, a corrugated cardboard panel, a foam board, a gator board, a fiberglass panel, a cork panel, a plastic panel, an upholstered panel, a wood panel, and an acrylic-based or silica-based glass panel, and may also be suitable for receiving custom or desired printing of designs, indicia or other nomenclature. The partitioning system could be provided in a kit form with a plurality of common assembly brackets and wall panels, which are reconfigurable for a variety of uses such as co-working space, trade show booths, or lobby displays.
Building design and construction using prefabricated components
A method of assembling a building unit in accordance with a floor plan of a building using prefabricated components may include installing a first prefabricated floor panel in a first position of the building unit, the first floor panel being selected from a first plurality of prefabricated floor panels having a same first width; installing a second prefabricated floor panel in a second position of the building unit, the second floor panel being selected from a second plurality of prefabricated floor panels having a same second width; and installing a third prefabricated floor panel in a third position of the building unit, the third floor panel being selected from a third plurality of prefabricated floor panels. The floor panels in the third plurality of prefabricated floor panels may have different widths. The third floor panel may be selected such that a sum of the widths of the first, second, and third floor panels corresponds to the total width of the building unit in accordance with the floor plan.
Partition comprising boards mounted onto upright elongate members and method for constructing the same
A partition, mounted on a mounting surface, comprises a plurality of elongate upright members, a first board and a second board. The first board is mounted on one side of a pair of the elongate upright members that are adjacent to each other, and the second board is mounted on the other side of the same pair of adjacent elongate upright members, so as to provide a cavity between the pair of elongate upright members and the first and second boards. The partition further comprises a spacer that is located within the cavity, the maximum dimension of the spacer in the through-thickness direction of the partition being at least 90% of the separation of the two boards. The spacer may help to reduce the extent of inward bowing of the boards between adjacent elongate upright members, so that, for example, the upright members may be spaced further apart.
Blocking clip for construction framing assembly and methods to manufacture and install the same
A blocking clip for a construction framing assembly comprises a web, a first flange, a first back strap, a second flange, a second back strap, a first tab, and a second tab. The first flange has a first flange first edge which is attached to a web first edge with the first flange extending from a web inside surface. The second flange has a second flange first edge which is attached to a web second edge with the second flange extending from the web inside surface. The first back strap has a first back strap first edge attached to a first flange second edge with the first back strap extending from the second flange second edge. The second back strap has a second back strap first edge attached to a second flange second edge with the second back strap extending from the second flange second edge. The first tap is substantially in a plane formed by a first flange second end and a first back strap second end. The second tab is substantially in a plane formed by a second flange second end and a second back strap second end.
Breakthrough resistant drywall structure
Breakthrough resistant drywall structure, classified at least for resistance class 2 according to DIN EN 1627 from September 2011, having at least two studs arranged to form a drywall substructure, each stud including a base portion and at least one flange portion, the drywall structure further having a plurality of building panels attached to the at least one flange portion, the drywall structure 1 further including a filling material, wherein the filling material comprises fibers.
Demountable wall system and method
A demountable wall system includes a frame component. The frame component may include a front channel that receives a panel of the demountable wall system. In addition to the front channel, the frame component may include at least one of a front cover, a removable back cover, a leveling system, a supplemental channel, or a joining system. In some examples, the demountable wall system includes a door support system for movably supporting a door relative to the panel of the demountable wall system.
