The present invention concerns an adsorbent porous sol-gel material comprising at least -silane oxides; —an inorganic and/or organic acid with a boiling temperature higher than 100° C.; —a molecular probe of general formula (I) or one of the salts of same in which R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6 separately represent a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C6) alkyl group, a (C3-C7) cycloalkyl group, an alkyl-(C3-C7) cycloalkyl group; in which Z represents a spacer group chosen from a (C1-C16) alkyl group, a (C2-C16) alkenyl group, a (C2-C16) alkynyl group, a (C1-C16) halogenoalkyl group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a carbocycle group, or an aryl-(C1-C16) alkyl group.
AIR TREATMENT METHOD
A built-in apparatus and method for treating air including a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet. An air mover positioned near the air outlet is configured to draw the air through the air inlet. The housing encloses an air treatment zone, such as including an oxidizing zone, and an ozone removal zone positioned downstream of the air treatment zone and oxidizing zone. The air treatment zone includes UV light and/or ozone that partially oxidizes the chemical contaminants in the air treatment zone. A catalyst in the oxidizing zone oxidizes elements within the air treatment zone. The ozone removal zone includes a second, different catalyst material. A UV bulb that may or may not generate ozone is positioned within or downstream of the first and/or second catalyst materials to assist catalyst oxidation and/or self-clean the apparatus.
Air purification system
A portable or handhold air cleaning system, whose air flow pipeline made of highly reflective and low absorptive material for UVC or UVB light acts also as a UV light waveguide, is invented. The system features a TEC cooled LED light source; air flow warm up mechanism; and UV light absorption/air cleaning enhancement device. The system is useful for travellers and office workers during flu and hay-fever seasons.
DISPOSABLE CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a disposable container (100). The disposable container (100) is use particularly for vaporization, evaporation or diffusion whereby filler materials of filler means are released into the air flow stream through air flow means. The disposable container (100) comprising filler means (101) filled with filler materials within the closed empty space between an inner side wall (101a) and an outer side wall (101b) and a top (101c) and a bottom part (101d) of the disposable container (100); and locking means (104) at the bottom part of the disposable container (100) to further secure the disposable container (100) to an air flow means. The inner side wall (101a), the outer side wall (101b), the top (101c) and the bottom part (101d) of the disposable container (100) are permeable or perforated enabling filler materials to be released into an air flow stream through air flow means; wherein filler materials are released by means of vaporization, evaporation or diffusion.
Germ Fighting Reserve System
A virus and germ fighting system. The system includes a main container having a base, sidewalls, and an upper opening defining an interior volume. The interior volume includes a plurality of divided compartments. Each compartment may include its own locking lid. The compartments include specific virus and germ fighting materials. A first compartment includes replaceable disinfectant spray containers, a second compartment includes travel containers and other portable germ fighting items, and the third compartment includes a full body suit for enhanced protection when needed. The system also includes a user device that is in wireless communication with a database server via a network. The user device can be used to resupply the system's components via communication with the database. The database is configured to automatically provide updated information regarding instructions for how to properly and effectively combine the components of the system to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
SCENT DEVICE
A scent device comprises a container defining a volume and configured to hold a fill material, which may include one or more chemical compounds, natural formulations, or both configured to absorb odor and/or moisture, and/or emit a scent. The scent device includes a vented cap reversibly coupled to the container via a connection mechanism, and a breathable insert sandwiched between the container and the cap. The breathable insert may comprise a non-woven fabric supported along its perimeter by a structural mount. Methods of manufacturing the scent device involve cutting a mount from a support material, attaching a breathable material to the mount to form a breathable insert, depositing a scent-controlling material within a container, and sandwiching the breathable insert between the container and a cap upon coupling the cap with the container.
Refrigerator and method of changing a deodorizing mode according to a detected smell
A refrigerator may include a smell sensor for detecting smell in the refrigerator; a deodorizer for adsorbing, sterilizing, and deodorizing air in the refrigerator; and a controller for calculating smell values based on the detected smell at the smell sensor, changing a deodorizing mode according to the detected smell, and controlling the deodorizer.
COPPER MICROBICIDAL FILTER
The present invention generally relates to an air filter, and in particular, the present invention relates to an air filter with a porous copper layer, having natural antimicrobial property, for improving the quality of air breathed in by people.
EXCREMENT TREATMENT AGENT
An object is to provide an excrement treatment agent, which can suppress not only the odor of feces but also the ammonia odor in various environments. An excrement treatment agent, comprising limonite, lignin and bentonite, wherein, when further comprising slaked lime, the amount of the slaked lime is 10 mass % or less.
AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM
An apparatus for treating air includes a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet, the housing enclosing an air treatment zone and an ozone removal zone, wherein the ozone removal zone is positioned downstream of the air treatment zone with respect to a flow direction of the air being treated, an ozone generator in the air treatment zone configured to generate ozone from the air, wherein the ozone generated by the ozone generator treats the air in the air treatment zone, catalyst in the ozone removal zone that removes at least a portion of the ozone generated the ozone generator, a particle matter (PM) filter positioned between the air treatment zone and the ozone removal zone, wherein the ozone generated by the ozone generator treats the PM filter, and an air mover positioned near the air outlet configured to draw the air through the air inlet.
