The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a first removable concrete form having a concrete forming face and a first insulating panel insert having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert contacts the concrete forming face of the first removable concrete form. The product also comprises an elongate anchor member having an enlarged portion and an elongate portion, the elongate portion having a first end and an opposite second end, wherein the enlarged portion is disposed adjacent the first end and contacts the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert and wherein the elongate portion extends through the first insulating panel insert and extends outwardly from the first primary surface of the first insulating panel insert. A method of using a removable insulated concrete form system is also disclosed.
CONCRETE WALL FRAME ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A concrete wall frame assembly and a method of manufacturing same is disclosed. The assembly includes two generally parallel metal plates and at least one rod extending between a first end and a second end. A first end of the rod is passed through a hole in the second plate toward the first plate until the first end engages a continuous inner surface of the first plate. The second end of the rod protrudes through the hole and extends past an outer surface of the second plate. A stud welder is connected to the either the second, protruding end of the rod, or connected to the rod between the two metal plates to stud weld the first rod end to the inner surface of the first plate. The second end of the rod is then arc welded to the second metal plate at the outer surface.
Structural energy-saving, heat-insulated and decorative integrated plate and manufacturing method therefor
Provided are a structural energy-saving, heat-insulated and decorative integrated plate and a manufacturing method therefor. The method includes: step 1: welding outer side keels, an inner side keel and a bottom keel into a wall framework; step 2: fixing an inner side decorative plate and an outer side decorative plate on the wall framework through shoot nails, and a hollow structure formed by the inner side decorative plate, the outer side decorative plate and the wall framework being a filling and pouring layer; and step 3: grouting the filling and pouring layer, to form a wall filled with cement foamed polystyrene particles. The present invention features a rational structure, manufactures an integrated wall plate with decorated inner and outer sides, and can replace patterns on the decorative plates. The integrated plate features energy saving, environmental friendliness, shock resistance, compression resistance, fire prevention, heat insulation and sound insulation.
Modular building system
A prefabricated modular reinforced concrete building system includes panel assemblies for foundations, walls, decks, and roofs designed to be built out in a manufacturing facility, shipped to a job site, and filled with concrete. Panel assemblies incorporate a space frame to ensure structural integrity during shipping and during concrete fill. Space frames can include structural columns, rebar mats, spacers, straps, and skin panels. Panel assemblies may be manufactured to contain architectural interior/external finishes, windows/doors, and pre-installed utility distribution systems.
CONCRETE FORMING SYSTEM
A concrete form assembly that includes a shaping assembly with a number of generally planar panels, and, a retaining assembly with a number of whaler clamp assemblies and a number of whaler cleat assemblies.
SELF-ANNEALING CONCRETE, SELF-ANNEALING CONCRETE FORMS, TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR SELF-ANNEALING CONCRETE FORMS AND METHOD OF MAKING AND USING SAME
The invention comprises a product.
Insulated Building Panel Structure
A structural insulated building panel (SIBP) including an insulating core section configured to receive an insulating material including at least one of, a hard polyurethane (PUR), an expanded polyurethane, polymers, plastics, fiberglass and mineral wool foam or ay other rigid insulating material with structural properties; a first spacer assembly between the outer skin and the insulating material for receiving concrete, composite and/or bonding material; a wall panel connector for connecting the SIBP to at least one of, a flooring area, a ceiling area, other embodiments may include mounting the form to a sill plate, or a purlin or a concrete footer beam or header beam or column; a cross panel connector; and an outer cover or exterior sheeting into engagement with the insulating core section and/or material through the cross panel connector; panels may be pre and post tensioned in various manners.
SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS THEREOF FOR FASTENING STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS IN INSULATED CONCRETE FORMWORK
The present disclosure provides a structural connector for use with insulated concrete formwork (ICF), comprising: a front surface designed for fastening to the ICF with a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece is for connecting through the ICF with a secondary structural component; a rear surface designed for receiving a distal end of the connecting piece; and a flange connecting the front surface to the rear surface and defining a longitudinal cavity for receiving a body of the connecting piece, wherein, the structural connector is configured such that upon a concrete pour to form a concrete wall, the structural connector secures the secondary structural component to the ICF and operates as an anchor preventing axial movement of the secondary structural component relative to the ICF.
FABRIC-FORMED UNSTABILIZED POURED EARTH AND METHOD THEREOF
A method of fabricating an earthen construction formation and of testing the earthen construction formation are presented. The earthen construction formation is prepared by way of a site-derived earthen material mixture. The site-derived earthen material mixture can be free of cement stabilizer additives. A geotextile fabric formwork is filled with the site-derived earthen material mixture. The geotextile fabric formwork is flexible and permeable in nature. The site-derived earthen material mixture is allowed to dry in the geotextile fabric formwork.
SUPPORT MEMBER, CONCRETE PLACING FORM, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Embodiments provide reusable support member capable of facilitating assembly and disassembly of a form, and a concrete placing form. A reusable support member supports outer side surfaces of concrete panels providing cavity as predetermined space for placing concrete includes horizontal rails with a length according to width of the panels, vertical rails with length according to height of the panels, and bolt and nut structures for locking the panels into inner direction of the cavity by penetrating intersections in which respectively parallel the horizontal and vertical rails are combined in lattice shape. Either of the horizontal and vertical rails relating to the intersections, include recesses capable of fitting in opposing rails by receiving a width and a part or all of a thickness of opposing rails. The rails are configured by channel steel or metal material with equivalent shape, and the rails contact the outer side surfaces at equal intervals.
