Formwork system
Disclosed is a form work system (100) that comprises first (102a) and second (102b) building formwork components that are connected by a building formwork connector (104). The connector (104) comprises a moveable portion (128) that is moveable from a closed position to an open position. In the closed position, one or more sidewalls of the connector (104) define a cavity (144) for receipt of cementitious material. The cavity (144) of the connector (104) is located with respect to cavities (110) of the first (102a) and second (102b) formwork components. In the open position, access is provided to the cavity (144) of the connector (104).
BUILDING COMPONENT
A building formwork component comprising first and second spaced sidewalls having one or more webs extending there-between, each sidewall comprising a flange extending inwardly along a first edge of the sidewall such that an outer surface of the flange forms a ramp surface; and a groove extending along an opposing second edge of the sidewall. The component may be coupled to a like component by relative movement of the components towards each other, whereby the flanges are received in respective grooves of the like component, and whereby the ramp surfaces facilitate such coupling by engaging respective second edges of the like component to move the second edges and/or ramp surfaces for engagement of the flanges in the grooves.
Foundation form, drainage and ventilation system
A system for retaining a flowable and curable building material to form a portion of a foundation includes side walls disposed in a predetermined configuration having a first side wall and a second side wall, and at least one component having an interior cavity disposed in one of the side walls. A bracket assembly includes an outwardly bounding reinforcement post for each of the side walls, a separator bar having a plurality of apertures sized to receive and retain each of the reinforcement posts at locations corresponding to nominal widths of the at least one component. A barrier is disposed between the outwardly bounding posts. The barrier and the component in the side wall is retained in the foundation after the building material cures. The barrier prevents backfill from filling a volume between the outwardly bounding posts.
Building component
A building formwork component comprising first and second spaced sidewalls having one or more webs extending there-between, each sidewall comprising a flange extending inwardly along a first edge of the sidewall such that an outer surface of the flange forms a ramp surface; and a groove extending along an opposing second edge of the sidewall. Formwork System
Disclosed is a form work system (100) that comprises first (102a) and second (102b) building formwork components that are connected by a building formwork connector (104). STAY-IN-PLACE READY-TO-STUCCO FORMWORK SYSTEM
A stay-in-place concrete formwork system allows stucco to be applied directly to the formwork, avoiding the need to provide a further surface treatment of the wall prior to applying stucco. Apertures are provided on an exterior facing wall of the formwork panel to receive and embed stucco therein. The panel may also be formed with outward stucco-engaging projections. Other features include using rigid insulation to brace the stucco and keep concrete from the apertures, a sealing joint element, extendible panels for use in curved formwork, rainscreen features and an alligator connector panel for adjustable lengths of formwork faces.
INSULATING CONCRETE FORM
An insulating concrete form system for the construction of insulated concrete walls, floors or roofs, the system comprising: at least one first panel; at least one second panel configured to be placed opposite to the at least one first panel, and a plurality of spacers configured to interconnect the at least one first panel and the at least one second panel while defining a space between the at least one first panel and the at least one second panel. A method for constructing a concrete wall, floor or roof, as well as additional embodiments of the system and method, are provided herein.
Concrete forming system and method of assembling
A concrete form assembly that includes a shaping assembly with a number of generally planar panels, and, a retaining assembly with a number of whaler clamp assemblies and a number of whaler cleat assemblies.

Adjustable concrete form brace and reinforcement bar hanger
An adjustable concrete form brace includes a horizontal adaptable extension member. A first lower brace element and a second lower brace element opposing the first lower brace element each have a horizontal insertion channel adapted to receive the horizontal extension member. A first upper brace element and second upper brace element are attached to the first lower brace element and the second lower brace element respectively. Each of the lower brace members include a saddle, and each saddle is adapted to retain one or more reinforcement bars. The first upper brace element and second upper brace element each include a form retaining element.
