Cement form with extension
A cement form assembly includes cement and a cement form. The cement form can include a ground facing surface extending horizontally on a ground support surface and a cement facing surface extending vertically and contacting the cement. An extension member extends outward from the cement form and includes a surface that extends the ground facing surface or the cement facing surface. The cement form and the extension member are each made, at least partially, of a foam material.

Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installation thereof
Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.

Structural Floor and Roof Joists
A floor includes structural floor joist that includes a flange and tabs punched out of the flange (forming holes in the flange). Flooring material of the floor that extrudes through at least one of the holes is bonded to some of the tabs and the flange of the structural floor joist, forming a bonded composite assembly of the structural floor joist and the forming material, that has a centroid that is located in or near the forming material, placing some of the forming material in compression and placing at least 90% of the structural floor joist in tension.

Method for producing a ceiling element and ceiling formwork
The invention relates to a ceiling formwork and a method for producing a ceiling element, comprising the following steps: arranging two ceiling supports on a floor, connecting a first end region of a ceiling formwork frame to the two ceiling supports such that the ceiling formwork frame is arranged in an intermediate position inclined downward from the first end region in the direction of a second end region, connecting a lost ceiling plate to the ceiling formwork frame arranged in the intermediate position, pivoting the second end region of the ceiling formwork frame up, together with the lost ceiling plate, supporting the second end region of the ceiling formwork frame that has been pivoted up by at least one additional ceiling support and casting the ceiling element, together with the lost ceiling plate, on the ceiling formwork frame.
