Autoclave aerated concrete structures with embedded hangers and connectors
The present invention pertains to an element of an autoclave aerated concrete (AAC) material having a web of a second material different from AAC embedded therein and generally centrally disposed in a depth dimension of the element and between two planar faces and the second material supporting hardware for connecting the element to other structures.
Acoustically transparent sandable coating
A formulation for an acoustically transparent coating for use on an acoustical substrate comprising a water dispersible binder and relatively large filler particles, and characterized by a high pigment to volume concentration, high viscosity, high shear thinning, and fast drying to enable the formulation to be sprayed in droplets that retain their identity when in mutual contact and in a dry coating can be efficiently sanded flat.
MULTILAYER STRUCTURAL MODULE FOR CONSTRUCTION
A building module comprising a bearing wall element having the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with openings intended for installation of window and/or door units and/or hinged elements, heat-insulating, reinforcing and finishing layers, having the same surface area, successively attached onto a bearing wall reinforced concrete element, the said surface area indents from an edge of the bearing wall element along the perimeter, the bearing wall element is made of lightweight reinforced concrete comprising a concrete mixture with lightweight fillers and a spatial frame formed by plane reinforced frames interconnected in a horizontal plane and embedded connectors and transport loops located on an outer edge, with extra reinforcing elements having a form of parallel rods positioned in an upper part of the spatial frame are located between plane frames, and the spatial frame is filled with concrete and is made using lightweight filler.
Container-type combination house and construction method thereof
Disclosed is a container type combined house, which is mainly composited by connecting a foam cement composite bottom board, foam cement composite wall boards, a foam cement composite top board, specially-shaped bottom beams, a specially-shaped top beam and a specially-shaped column. The specially-shaped bottom beams, the specially-shaped top beam and the specially-shaped column are matched in shape with steel boundary ribs of the foam cement composite bottom board, the foam cement composite wall boards and the foam cement composite top board, and are connected and fixed in a mechanical or welding manner. According to the construction method of the container type combined house, the combined house is easily assembled, with good comprehensive performance.
Sand aerated concrete panel embedded with wire box and wire conduit and method for preparing same
Disclosed is a sand aerated concrete panel pre-embedded with a wire box and a wire conduit and its preparation method. The concrete panel includes a sand aerated concrete panel, a steel bar mesh cage, a wire box and a wire conduit. The steel bar mesh cage includes a plurality of longitudinal main steel bars, a plurality of transverse auxiliary steel bars and a plurality of connecting iron pieces; the wire box and the wire conduit are fixed on the steel bar mesh cage; and the steel bar mesh cage, the wire box and the wire conduit are poured in the sand aerated concrete panel. The disclosure solves the problems of complicated procedures, high cost, environmental pollution caused by dust and noise in the prior art, avoids the potential quality hazards of the panels and wall structures caused by on-site slotting, reduces labor force, intensity and cost.
Aerated Concrete-Hybrid Construction Element
An aerated concrete-hybrid construction element comprises a plurality of support structure profiles integrated therein and arranged parallel to one another at a distance from one another. The support structure profiles have a rib running transversely to the plane of the construction element, each with a respective support structure limb angled in the same direction away from the plane of the rib and running parallel or approximately parallel to the adjacent outer surface of the construction element. The support structure limbs of the support structure profiles are cast into an aerated-concrete layer extending over the length of the support structure limbs in their juxtaposed arrangement.
ULTRA STABLE CEMENTITIOUS MATERIAL FORMULATION, PROCESS FOR ITS MAKING, AND ULTRA STABLE TILE BACKER BOARD FORMULATION AND PROCESSES FOR ITS MAKING
An ultrastable cementitious material with nano-molecular veneer makes a cementitious material by blending 29 wt % to 40 wt % of a magnesium oxide dry powder containing 80 wt % to 98 wt % of magnesium oxide based on a final total weight of the cementitious material, with 14 wt % to 18 wt % of a magnesium chloride dissolved in water and reacting to form a liquid suspension, mixing from 2 to 10 minutes, adding a phosphorus-containing material, and allowing the liquid suspension to react into an amorphous phase cementitious material, wherein a portion of the amorphous phase cementitious material grows a plurality of crystals. The plurality of crystals are encapsulated by the amorphous phase cementitious material forming a nano-molecular veneer. A process to make the ultrastable cementitious material. A tile backer board incorporating the ulstrastable cementitious material and a process for making the tile backer board.
Exterior sheathing panel with integrated air/water barrier membrane
An exterior sheathing cementitious panel which prevents water penetration and air leakage is provided. Methods for manufacturing exterior sheathing cementitious panels with a highly efficient integrated air/water barrier membrane are provided as well.
MICROENCAPSULATION OF MATERIALS USING CENOSPHERES
Disclosed are methods for incorporating core materials such as phase change materials or admixtures into building materials like concrete. The methods use cenospheres, which are then etched and loaded with the core material. The composition can also be coated with a thin film. Compositions containing cenospheres loaded with the various core materials are disclosed, as are building materials containing such compositions.
