Method for coating a building panel and a building panel
A method for coating a building panel, including applying a first coating fluid including an organic binder on a surface of the building panel to obtain at least one coating layer, and applying barrier components and photocatalytic particles, preferably TiO.sub.2, on the at least one coating layer. Also, a building panel formed by the method.
Construction element with pre-pressed boards
A construction element includes superposed wooden structural boards that are provided with grooved patterns at the contact interface between the boards in order to prevent the first board and the second board from sliding relative to each other along at least one axis. The construction element further includes a retention system for retaining the boards against each other at the contact interface. The grooved patterns are pre-pressed against each other and the retention system includes at least one metal threaded rod component at least partially passing through at least two of the wooden structural boards at the contact interface.

Construction system with crossed structural boards
A construction system includes a set of constituent elements, at least one of which includes at least two superimposed folds each including at least two wooden structural boards. In this system, at least two constituent elements are fixed together by a non-adhesive fixing device and at least two adjacent folds are held against each other by non-adhesive holding device. The faces in contact with two structural boards are at least partially provided, at their contact interface, with a set of grooved patterns arranged so as to prevent the structural boards from sliding one relative to the other along at least one first immobilisation axis. A method for manufacturing such a construction system is also disclosed.

PREFABRICATED, ENGINEERED, FLOOR PANEL CONSTRUCTION
The prefabricated floor panel can include at least two planar panel members being spaced apart by and sandwiching a core, the core having at least one undulated inner support extending along a longitudinal axis and having summit portions, valley portions, and intermediate portions each extending between corresponding summit and valley portions, each of the summit, valley, and intermediate portions having opposed side edges, a span of the at least one inner support being defined between the opposed side edges, each side edge abutting against a corresponding one of the panel members, the undulated inner support having at least one sheet of wood material, fibres of said sheet of wood material being oriented normal to the panel members and parallel to the span, the at least one undulated inner support being laterally sandwiched between inner ribs with the summits being disposed adjacent a first one of the inner ribs and the valleys being disposed adjacent a second, opposite one of the inner ribs, the inner ribs being planar and having a span being defined between opposed side edges, each side edge of the inner ribs abutting against a corresponding one of the panel members.
Lamella core and a method for producing it
A semi product for building panels or structural elements comprising several wood lamellas (5) fixed by distance elements (4), a building panel with such a semi product and a method of producing the semi product and the building panel. A method of producing a semi-product for a structural element or for a core for a building panel, wherein the method comprises the step of: attaching at least two distance strips by an adhesive to a first wood board; attaching a second wood board to the distance strips by an adhesive; and cutting the first and the second wood boards and the distance strips in the length direction of the wood boards.
