Prefabricated flashing product
A flashing product is manufactured by creating a reinforcing member having a flange shaped to conform to the exterior surface. The flange may extend outwardly from an entire perimeter of an aperture in the reinforcing member. The flange may have top, bottom, and side flange members. The reinforcing member may include a return having top, bottom and side return members connected respectively to the top, bottom and side flange members. The return may extend substantially perpendicularly from the flange to conform to an inward direction of an opening where the flashing product is applied. The reinforcing member may be coated with a waterproof material thereby forming a waterproof flashing product.
COVER APPARATUS WITH CONTINUING COVER PLATES
A cover apparatus (1), comprising cover plates (2) continuing in a position of use in a common plane and in at least one row, is formed in a mutual edge-side contact region (3) through overlapping and in a rainproof manner, such that edges (5) running parallel to each other and spaced apart on each cover plate (2) are designed differently (6), and the top side (7) of the cover plate (2), a continuing web (8) and a rain gutter (9) under said web (8) are arranged on a first edge (5), wherein said rain gutter belongs to the same first edge (5). If necessary, penetrating rain water (12) can be caught in the rain gutter (9) by overlapping edge-side webs (8) in the position of use.
Roof Drip Edge
A roof drip edge including a roof leg and a drip leg joined to a down leg adapted to protect the intersection of a roof and fascia of a building. Some embodiments include a back drip leg adjacent to the drip leg. Some embodiments include tabs positioned on the roof leg for protection from water infiltration under roof shingles.
ONE-PIECE DRIP GUARD
A drip guard made of one-piece construction having an elongated member having a top section, a first angled section, a second angled section, a bottom section, and a downward section that are formed by bending the elongated member at a plurality of transition points. At least a portion of the first and second angled sections engage one another and/or at least a portion of the top section and bottom section engage one another.
Prefabricated flashing product
A prefabricated flashing product for an opening in an exterior surface of a structure includes a generally planar flange shaped to conform to the exterior surface, the flange extending outwardly from an entire perimeter of an aperture therein that corresponds to the opening, and a return that seals to the flange about the aperture and extends substantially perpendicularly therefrom toward an inward direction of the opening. The flange and the return are monolithically formed of a waterproof material. A method of integrating a fenestration product into an opening of an exterior surface of a structure includes inserting the flashing product described above into the opening, and inserting the fenestration product at least partially into the aperture of the flashing product.
ICE BACKING FLASHING SYSTEM
An ice backing flashing layer for a roof including an upper portion attachable to an upper surface of the roof, a lower portion attachable to a fascia portion of the roof, and a bend between the upper and lower portions attachable over an edge of the roof. A roofing system including a first underlayment layer and the ice backing flashing layer adjacent to and above the first underlayment layer. The roof system optionally including at least one of a second underlayment layer adjacent to and above the upper portion of the ice backing flashing layer, a drip edge layer adjacent to and above the second underlayment layer, or a third underlayment layer adjacent to and above the drip edge.
FLASHING SYSTEM, APPARATUS, KIT AND METHODOLOGY
Systems, components, apparatuses, kits and methodologies of the present invention are directed to techniques that ensure that all deck-to-wall, roof-to-wall and other constructions properly protect the home from the environment, particularly along the wetter coastal regions by forming a layered, waterproof seal of metal, plastic and bitumen. A modularized system of components, that overlap each other either over and or under to create a system that meets the design criteria of critical flashing components, each with waterproofing capability either built-in or applied onsite in use, are employed to cover critical building areas prone to water infiltration and damage.

Steep slope roofing system
Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a roofing system. In some embodiments, the roofing system comprises at least one steep slope roof substrate having a first region. In some embodiments, the first region comprises a plurality of shingles. In some embodiments, each of the plurality of shingles comprises at least one antimicrobial agent. In some embodiments, the at least one steep slope roof substrate also comprises a second region. In some embodiments, the second region comprises an antimicrobial scavenger layer that is configured to receive runoff from the first region of the steep slope roof substrate. In some embodiments, the runoff comprises an initial concentration of at least one antimicrobial agent and water. In some embodiments, the antimicrobial scavenger layer is configured to capture the at least one antimicrobial agent so as to reduce the initial concentration of the at least one antimicrobial agent in the runoff.
