Rooftop rainwater drainage assembly
A rooftop rainwater drainage assembly that is at least partially concealed from view from an exterior of a dwelling. In particular, the rooftop drainage assembly can include an opening spout secured to a roof deck region of a dwelling, and an elongated downspout having a first region disposed between an exterior wall and an interior wall of the dwelling and secured to the opening spout, thereby at least partially concealing the downspout from view from both the interior wall and exterior wall of the dwelling.
HIGH ALBEDO MOISTURE-RETAINING FOAM ROOFING AND FACADE SYSTEMS
Exemplary systems and methods allow for enhanced energy performance of buildings, for example hybrid roof systems. The system may utilize a material having a porous water-retaining substrate and a high albedo coating. The high albedo coating may be disposed on the outer surface of the porous water-retaining substrate.
Joist Shielding Assembly
A joist shielding assembly for preventing water from damaging joists includes a pair of deflectors that is configured to position singly over upper edges of adjacently positioned joists, such as in a deck. Each deflector is configured to direct water laterally from a respective adjacently positioned joist so that the water is prevented from contacting the respective adjacently positioned joist. Indicia are coupled to the pair of deflectors. Respective indicia are configured to guide placement of a deck plank so that the deck plank is positioned to couple perpendicularly to the adjacently positioned joists.
ROOFING DRIP EDGE DEVICE AND A METHOD OF INSTALLING A ROOFING DRIP EDGE DEVICE
This invention, in embodiments, relates to a roofing drip edge device that includes a drip edge comprising (i) an upper drip edge that is configured to be installed along an edge of a roofing surface, and (ii) a lower drip edge that is approximately at a right angle to the upper drip edge, a flashing strip member that is secured to the upper drip edge of the drip edge, such that a portion of the flashing strip member overhangs a first side edge of the drip edge, and a connecting member that is secured to the drip edge, such that a portion of the connecting member overhangs a second side edge of the drip edge. This invention, in embodiments, further relates to a method of installing a roofing drip edge device.
Drainage and ventilation mat for building exterior wall, roof and basement assemblies
A drainage and ventilation mat for use in building exterior walls, roofs and basement assemblies that addresses all three of the following major concerns: drainage, cross ventilation/air flow, and compressive strength. The drainage and ventilation mat includes two layers of parallel, square strands that are overlaid at angles to create a diamond-shaped netting of two layers which provides an air space for horizontal and vertical air movement and protects the drainage plane behind it. The mat features a high compressive strength that creates an air space that can withstand extreme construction and environmental forces. The netting is configured with or without a scrim to accommodate a variety of exterior wall, roof and basement assemblies drainage and ventilation needs.
Cover apparatus with continuing cover plates
A cover apparatus (1), comprising cover plates (2) continuing in a position of use in a common plane and in at least one row, is formed in a mutual edge-side contact region (3) through overlapping and in a rainproof manner, such that edges (5) running parallel to each other and spaced apart on each cover plate (2) are designed differently (6), and the top side (7) of the cover plate (2), a continuing web (8) and a rain gutter (9) under said web (8) are arranged on a first edge (5), wherein said rain gutter belongs to the same first edge (5). If necessary, penetrating rain water (12) can be caught in the rain gutter (9) by overlapping edge-side webs (8) in the position of use.

Ridge vent
An illustrative embodiment of the present disclosure provides a ridge vent having a longitudinally-extending top panel, a longitudinally-extending first side, a longitudinally-extending second side, and a first end. The longitudinally-extending top panel is bendable along a longitudinally-extending axis. The longitudinally-extending first side is composed of a longitudinally-extending first arcuate side panel having a concave shape directed toward the ridge vent interior. And the longitudinally-extending second side is composed of a longitudinally-extending second arcuate side panel having a concave shape directed toward the ridge vent interior.
Drainage system
The invention refers to a drainage system (100), in particular a roof drainage system, comprising an outlet member (10) and a flow restrictor (20), whereby the flow restrictor (20) is situated above the outlet member (10). The flow restrictor (20) comprises a contact portion (22) and the outlet member (10) comprises a flange portion (12), whereby a first sealing member (30) is arranged on and/or along the flange portion (12) of the outlet member (10) and a second sealing member (40) is arranged at the contact portion (22) of the flow restrictor (20).
