Conveyance Drain Emitter
A rainwater collection system comprises a vault assembly and a drain emitter. At least a portion of the vault assembly is underground and is located above percolation region in the ground. The drain emitter is connected to the conveyance line such that a primary portion of the collected water flows into the at least one storage tank and a secondary portion of the collected water flows out of the conveyance line through the drain emitter at a preset emitter flow rate. The drain emitter is arranged within the vault assembly, above the percolation region, and below the conveyance opening. The preset emitter flow rate is predetermined such that the flow of the secondary portion of the collected water out of the conveyance line through the drain emitter drains standing water from the conveyance line and the secondary portion of the collected water percolates through the percolation region.
GUTTER DOWNSPOUT END GUARD
The present invention provides a shielding assembly for concealing and supporting exposed edges of an open end of a gutter downspout. The shielding assembly includes two rigid bracket members that each have a body portion and leg portions that integrally extend from opposing ends of the body portion. The bracket members are configured to engage together around the exposed edges of the gutter downspout with the leg portions overlapped with each other to form overlapping end sections. The overlapping end sections are each configured to be fastened together and secured to the gutter downspout with a fastener that extends through the respective overlapping end section and an outer wall of the gutter downspout.
Downspout Connector
Downspout connector consists of an attachment system for joining to open end of a downspout. The apparatus is hand-fastened to downspout without need of physical or permanent drain modification. The apparatus interface permits fluid movement through duct(s) to threaded hose connector. A conventional hose joins with threaded hose connector(s) for fluid distribution to remote locations. Downspout connector presents an easier, more efficient device for diverting and dispersing rainwater.
Conveyance drain emitter
A rainwater collection system has at least one storage tank, a conveyance line, and a drain emitter. The conveyance line transfers collected water to the at least one storage tank. The drain emitter is connected to the conveyance line such that a primary portion of the collected water flows into the at least one storage tank and a secondary portion of the collected water flows out of the conveyance line through the drain emitter. The secondary portion is removed at a preset emitter flow rate sufficient to drain standing water from the conveyance line to prevent freezing of standing water within the conveyance line.
FREE-FLOW, ANIMAL BLOCKING DRAIN PIPE END CAP
Disclosed herein is a drain pipe end cap for allowing water and debris effluent flow while acting as a deterrent to animal incursion, with the drain pipe end cap being a single piece construction.
Flatpack gutter trap
A one piece, planar flatpack gutter trap formed and creased on its top surface in a configuration so as to allow assembly into a gutter system trap. It is capable of folding assembly on a job site with a minimum of hand tools and an object with a sharp linear edge. It has a leaf guard incorporated thereon that is capable of locking the gutter trap in its assembled configuration to prevent the collapse of the leaf trap and to increase the lateral stability of the device.
FLUID RECEIVER, FLUID DISPENSER, AND AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
An irrigation system is provided and includes a fluid receiver having an inlet operable to be attached to a distal end of a downspout, an outlet spaced apart from the inlet, and a passageway extending between and in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet. The passageway defines a first cross-sectional area disposed between the inlet and the outlet and a second cross-sectional area disposed between the first cross-sectional area and the outlet, whereby the second cross-section area is smaller than the first cross-sectional area. A fluid dispenser is fluidly coupled to the outlet and includes a fluid-receiving cavity and a plurality of fluid outlet passages. The plurality of fluid outlet passages are in fluid communication with the fluid-receiving cavity and are operable to dispense fluid from the fluid-receiving cavity.
WATER GUTTER
A gutter capable of evaporating water is provided for. The gutter features a pipe having a first opening, second opening, and a wall with an integrated heater and a number of vents located closed to the first opening, a water receiving opening and a water expelling opening where the water receiving opening and the water expelling opening are the first and second openings; a thermal storage system located within the wall and below the number of vents; and an evaporating steam vent placed on the wall and below the thermal storage system. The present invention can also have vacuum mechanism with an included shredding mechanism and compost dispensary for the shredded components.
CHECK VALVE FOR DOWNSPOUTS
Methods, systems and devices for a check valve for deterring intrusion into downspouts include a body member having at least a first orifice and are configured to mount on a downspout, where the downspout is adapted to promote fluid flow in a single direction. Pivotably mounted on the body members are various valve members. The mounting arrangement can provide a closed position that substantially occludes the first orifice and a range of open positions when the valve member is pivoted with respect to the body member to open in the flow direction. In addition, at least one additional orifice can be provided in either the body member or the valve member to permit fluid flow irrespective of the position of the valve member.
Drainage junction shield
A drainage junction shield is disclosed that provides protection for the lower portion of a storm water downspout and its intersection with an adapter and drainpipe. Protection is provided against string trimmers and edgers and other impacting implements in a landscape environment. A shielded adapter chamber has perimeter flanges for pinning to a soil surface. The adapter chamber encloses the intersection of the drainpipe, adapter, and downspout as against a wall. A shielded downspout chamber extends above the adapter chamber and converges to an extension access that receives and encloses the lower end of a downspout.
