Drainage system and apparatus for treating runoff
A drainage system, comprising a collector which is arranged to collect liquid and a drainage pipe having a pipe inlet that opens into the collector such that liquid collected by the collector drains through the pipe inlet. The drainage pipe is provided with a vent spaced away from the pipe inlet. The vent is arranged such that, when liquid collected by the collector occludes the pipe inlet, liquid flowing through the drainage pipe draws air into the drainage pipe through the vent.
Flatpack Gutter Trap
A one piece, planar flatpack gutter trap formed and creased on its top surface in a configuration so as to allow assembly into a gutter system trap. It is capable of folding assembly on a job site with a minimum of hand tools and an object with a sharp linear edge. It has a leaf guard incorporated thereon that is capable of locking the gutter trap in its assembled configuration to prevent the collapse of the leaf trap and to increase the lateral stability of the device.
Low profile attachment for emitting water
The present invention provides an attachment for emitting water from an elevated water source. The attachment comprises an inlet section, a transitional section connected to the inlet section an outlet section connected to the transitional section opposite from the inlet section, and a rib member attached to the outlet section to support the shape of the outlet section.
Downspout Water System
A system is provided that includes a downspout upper and lower section whereby the lower section selectively pivots from a substantially vertical to horizontal position.
WATER FLOW DEVICE
A water flow device consisting of: a tubing, the tubing comprising an inlet end, and an outlet end; an attachment means on the inlet end, the attachment means configured to attach the inlet end to the outer surface of a downspout of a gutter. A water flow device comprising: a tubing, the tubing comprising an inlet end, and an outlet end; an attachment means on the inlet end, the attachment means configured to attach the inlet end to the outer surface of a downspout of a gutter; a filter located on the tubing, the filter configured to filter the liquid exiting the tubing.
Conveyance drain emitter
A rainwater conveyance system for managing water flowing through a conveyance line having a first portion located above ground and a second portion located underground and adjacent to a percolation region. The rainwater conveyance system comprises a drain emitter comprising an emitter inlet and an emitter outlet. The emitter inlet is connected to the conveyance line such that the collected water flows into the drain emitter and a drained portion of the collected water flows from the second portion of the conveyance line and through the emitter outlet at a preset emitter flow rate. The drain emitter is arranged such that the drained portion of the standing water flows to the percolation region. The preset emitter flow rate is predetermined such that the drained portion of the collected water flows out of the conveyance line and percolates through the percolation region.
ELBOW CONNECTION FOR A WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM
An elbow connection includes a first conduit, a second conduit, and a bend. The first conduit defines a first open end. The first open end is configured to connect to a first external component and establish fluid communication between the first conduit and the first external component. The second conduit defines a second open end. The second open end is configured to connect to a second external component and establish fluid communication between the second conduit and the second external component. The bend extends between the first and second conduits. The bend defines a channel extending between the first and second conduits. The channel establishes fluid communication between the first and second conduits. The bend has a ramped surface that at least partially defines the channel and extends between the first and second conduits. The bend orients the first conduit at an angle relative to the second conduit.
Mailbox post protector with internal toolless interlock
A post protector is disclosed that provides protection for the lower portion of a mailbox post. Protection is provided against string trimmers and edgers and other impacting implements in a landscape environment. A shielded chamber receives latches that allow simple and concealed assembly without the need for fasteners or tools. In one embodiment, the post protector may be stacked for creating a unique visual effect and added protection. In another embodiment, perimeter flanges for pinning to a soil surface are provided. The structure provides an aesthetic complement to downspout protectors having a similar profile.
Downspout gutter extension displacement device
A motorized downspout displacement device including a main housing having an internal fluid passage extending from a first fixed adapter housing to a second displaceable adapter housing with the first fixed adapter housing couplable to a fixed-vertical downspout and the second displaceable adapter housing couplable to a downspout extension, a weather-resistant electric motor moving the second displaceable adapter housing between an extended in-use condition and an out-of-the-way condition, a central processing unit connected to and controlling the operation of the electric motor, a power supply attached to the electric motor, and a control module connected to the central processing unit, the control module transmitting user instructions to the central processing unit.
