Waste pipe material capturing device
A drainage pipe un-dissolved waste catch assembly includes a panel that has a rear edge, a front edge, a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a top side and a bottom side. The panel has a plurality of apertures therein extending into the top side and through the bottom side. A plate is attached to and extends along the front edge and forms a angle with the top side is between 120 and 150. A coupler is attached to the top side of the panel adjacent to the rear edge and releasably engages a discharge tube such that the panel is positioned below and extends forward of the discharge tube. As waste water flows outwardly of the discharge tube, any un-dissolved materials therein will be retained on the panel.
Mosquito breeding prevention device and system
A device for insertion into an open end of a length of pipe to prevent mosquitoes from entering the pipe is provided. The device includes a piece of flexible foam material having a front face, a rear face and one or more edges joining the front face to the rear face. A plurality of indentions, preferably three, are formed in the front face of the piece of flexible foam material to allow a user to quickly and easily grip the device to insert or remove it from the pipe. The piece of flexible foam material preferably comprises open cell foam sized to permit water to flow through while preventing insects from passing through. The device may be used in connection with a system to prevent mosquitoes from entering into a rain gutter drain extension or a rain barrel system.
Removable Rainwater Downspout Filter
There is provided a removable downspout filter for installation into a downspout. The removable downspout filter includes a filter basket with attached face plate. The face plate includes side flaps configured to wrap around the downspout when the downspout filter is installed and is generally configured to blend in with the downspout. Also provided is a downspout with installed filter and kits including the same.

SOLUBLE EPOXIDE HYDROLASE AS A TARGET FOR OCULAR DISEASES
Methods of using compounds to inhibit ocular disease are disclosed herein. Methods are disclosed for inhibiting soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) for the treatment of ocular diseases, and in particular, retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) or diabetic retinopathy.
Rain gutter diverter system
The rain gutter diverter system comprises an outer enclosure, a diverter, a height adjuster, and a ground hose. The outer enclosure extends a downspout. The diverter, located within the outer enclosure, collects and diverts a portion of the rainwater passing through the outer enclosure to a hose aperture on the side of the outer enclosure. A height adjuster coupled to the hose aperture passes the rainwater down to ground level where it enters a ground hose. The ground hose disperses the rainwater along the length of the ground hose. A flipper valve at the top of the diverter allows a user to prevent the diversion of rainwater. A debris guard above the diverter prevents debris from entering the diverter.
FILTERING MESH WITH GROWTH INHIBITING MATERIAL
A filtration device is provided for filtering a liquid that passes over the filtration device. The device includes a screen through which the liquid can pass, the screen having a top side, a bottom side, and a plurality of threads, at least a portion of the plurality of threads being a first material; and a growth inhibiting element that is one of attached to and a part of the screen, the growth inhibiting element being a second material. The second material and the first material are different materials.
Gutter Ball Downspout Cord Conveyance Method and Mechanism
A downspout cord or the like conveyance device and method, comprised of a sufficiently heavy and at least partially rolling mass, preferably that rotates around an axle which is connected to a harness and to which a cord or the like may be attached and pulled down a bent downspout largely by the force of gravity.
Drainage system and apparatus for treating runoff
A drainage system, comprising a collector which is arranged to collect liquid and a drainage pipe having a pipe inlet that opens into the collector such that liquid collected by the collector drains through the pipe inlet. The drainage pipe is provided with a vent spaced away from the pipe inlet. The vent is arranged such that, when liquid collected by the collector occludes the pipe inlet, liquid flowing through the drainage pipe draws air into the drainage pipe through the vent.
Rain head and screen therefor
A rain head comprising a lower body, a screen and an upper body. The screen includes a frame having a trough or recess. Lower parts of the sidewalls of the upper body 14 can fit into the trough or recess to enable the upper body to be removably mounted to the rain head. The screen also includes a peripheral flange and a downwardly extending lip that enable the screen to be removably mounted to the upper part of the lower body. At least some water splashing off the screen during a rain event comes into contact with the upper body and is re-directed to flow into the lower body and out through the outlet of the lower body to a rainwater collection tank. The screen and upper body may be provided separately to the lower body.
