A continuous, one-piece flashing with an upper panel and a lower panel adapted to seal a multi-surface intersection, such as between a wall and a roof. The flashing includes protrusions for improving the ease of installation of wall-coverings and/or protection from water infiltration.

An exterior wall structure of a building, the building including an exterior wall on which a lean-to roof is arranged. The exterior wall structure includes a column forming the exterior wall, a first backing attached to the column, a second backing attached to the column at a position located downward from the first backing, a cladding attached to the first backing, a lean-to roof frame member forming the lean-to roof, and a flashing member arranged between the cladding and the lean-to roof frame member. The first backing is attached to the column at a position located upward from the lean-to roof frame member. The second backing is attached to the column at a position located downward from the lean-to roof frame member.

Building and flashing

A building includes an outer wall, a roof arranged so as to be orthogonal to the outer wall and inclined with respect to the ground, and a flashing arranged at a boundary between the roof and the outer wall. The flashing includes an attachment configured to extend along the outer wall, a guide connected to the attachment and arranged above the roof, and a water draining portion arranged so as to intersect the attachment and the guide.

BEADED STEP FLASHING

A step flashing piece includes a bottom surface and a side surface. A raised bead is positioned in the surfaces generally parallel to the bend between the bottom and side surfaces.
