ADHESIVE MAT FOR GLUING A TILE TO A WALL
20200248461 · 2020-08-06 · ·

An adhesive mat for gluing a the onto a well includes a plate-side adhesive layer for connection with the tile by a material union and a wall-side adhesive layer for gluing onto the well. In this way, tiles can be handled in a clean and dry manner. The adhesive mat may already be connected to a tile at the manufacturer's end to thereby form a tile unit. The adhesive mat can have at least one overhang over the border of the tile, such that several such tile units can be arranged in a grid pattern with the adhesive mats overlapping.

Magnetic Perimeter Attachment for an Aircraft Flooring Section

A magnetic perimeter attachment for an interior space of a vehicle, such as an aircraft or other such vehicle. The vehicle flooring section includes a magnetic tape attached to the structural floor of a vehicle and a spacer panel magnetically coupled to the magnetic tape, where the spacer panel is located on the perimeter of the vehicle flooring section. The magnetic tape includes a carrier layer having an acrylic or rubber adhesive material, which is for bonding to a structural floor panel of the vehicle. The tape also includes a magnetic material deposited in the carrier layer. The magnetic material and the adhesive material are located on opposite sides of the carrier layer.

Adhesive articles such as flexible tapes are described. The adhesive articles include oppositely directed faces of adhesives that are suited for adhesive applications for laminating flooring materials and other construction applications.

SUBFLOOR JOINT
20200181923 · 2020-06-11 · ·

A set of essentially identical subfloor panels including a joint configured to be glued, wherein the joint includes an element at a strip which protrudes from a first joint edge at an edge of a panel and an element groove at an adjacent edge. The joint includes a flexible tongue which is configured to cooperate, in the joined position, with a tongue groove for positioning of the panel relative the adjacent panel in a first vertical direction. The joint is configured for a joining of the edge and the adjacent edge by a vertical motion of the edge relative the adjacent edge. A space above the strip and between the element and the first joint edge is configured to be filled partly or completely with a glue before the edge and the adjacent edge are joined.

PLASTIC FLOORING HAVING BACKING AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
20200173176 · 2020-06-04 ·

A making plastic flooring having a backing contains: a body which has a substrate, a printing layer, and an anti-abrasion layer. A method of making the plastic flooring contains steps of: (A). producing a semi-finished plastic flooring, wherein the semi-finished plastic flooring has the substrate, the printing layer, and the anti-abrasion layer; (B). moving and positioning the semi-finished plastic flooring on a predetermined position of drop plastic equipment, wherein the semi-finished plastic flooring is faced upward; (C). molding the backing, wherein the backing material is melt and is glue dispensed or is spray onto a back surface of the semi-finished plastic flooring by using drop plastic equipment, and the backing material is adhered on the back surface of the semi-finished plastic flooring after being solidified; and (D). cutting, wherein the semi-finished plastic flooring having the backing is removed and is cut into a desired size, thus producing the body.

Dry mortar mixture with grains of expanded glass
10662115 · 2020-05-26 · ·

Dry mortar mixture characterized by a glass mixture of expanded glass beads with a grain size d/D 0/8, mixed in a ratio of between 1:1 and 1:3, with a binding mixture of hydraulic binders and stone granules in the weight ratio of 1:2 to 1:4. The glass has a discontinuous grain distribution. For the glass mixture the fractions 0.5/1.0 and 2.0/4.0 are present while a fraction intermediate other fractions are absent. Preferably the fractions 0.25/0.5 and 1.0/2.0 are absent. For the glass mixture preferably all grain sizes between 1.0 and 2.0 mm are absent. The grain size distribution is around an average, so that an open structure is obtained.

Media Channel Identification and Action with Multi-Match Detection and Disambiguation Based on Matching with Differential Reference-Fingerprint Feature
20200154164 · 2020-05-14 ·

A computing system compares various reference fingerprints each representing a reference media stream broadcast on a different respective known channel, and the computing system determines that a plurality of the reference fingerprints match each other, thus defining a multi-match group of the matching reference fingerprints. In response, the computing system identifies a fingerprint feature that could define a distinction between the reference fingerprints, and the computing system resolves the multi-match based on the identified feature, thereby determining the channel carrying the media stream being rendered by the media presentation device. And the server then takes channel-specific action based on the determined channel.

Method and System for Detecting and Responding to Changing of Media Channel
20200149290 · 2020-05-14 ·

A computing system receives from a media presentation device a query fingerprint stream representing media content being presented by the media presentation device, where the query fingerprint stream has been determined to represent a first channel. The computing system then detects that a threshold mismatch exists between the received query fingerprint stream and a reference fingerprint stream representing the first channel, thus indicating a likelihood that the media presentation device has transitioned from presenting the first channel to presenting a second channel. Responsive to detecting the threshold mismatch, the system thus discontinues channel-specific action with respect to the first channel. For instance, the system could discontinue superimposing of first-channel-specific content on the presented media content and perhaps start superimposing of second-channel-specific content instead.
