PANEL SUITABLE FOR ASSEMBLING A FLOOR COVERING
Panel suitable for assembling a floor covering by gluing a plurality of said panels onto a substrate, wherein the panel has a substantially planar top side, and a substantially planar bottom side, at least four substantially linear side edges comprising at least one pair of opposite side edges, the panel having a layered structure which comprises a decorative top layer, wherein the decorative top layer shows a dimensional sensitivity to temperature and/or humidity fluctuations, the panel further comprising a reinforcing layer, adhered to the top layer, and having a modulus of elasticity of at least 2 Mpa.
Panel forming
Building panels, especially laminated floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system and several core grooves at the rear side in order to save material and decrease weight. Building panels, each having a surface layer on a front side, a backing layer on a rear side and an intermediate core, wherein the intermediate core and the surface and the backing layer all comprise wood fibres and thermosetting resins, the building panels are provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge of a first building panel to an adjacent second edge of a second building panel.
DOUBLE PLATE FLOOR PANEL
A double plate floor panel is provided. The double plate floor panel includes a first panel, a second panel, and a plurality of connectors. The first panel has a first plurality of recesses on a first surface, and the second panel has a second plurality of recesses on a second surface. Each connector of the plurality of connectors inserts into a recess of the first plurality of recess and a recess of the second plurality of recesses. The connectors are sandwiched between the first surface of the first panel and the second surface of the second panel. A method of assembling the double plate floor panel is also provided.
Soundproof composite flooring of magnesium sulfate and solid wood
The invention relates to composite floorings, more particularly to a soundproof composite flooring of magnesium sulfate and solid wood. The soundproof composite flooring includes a paint layer, a solid wood layer, a magnesium sulfate substrate layer, and a soundproof layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the solid wood layer and the magnesium sulfate substrate layer are bonded via AB glue by cold pressing or via a hot-melt adhesive; a plurality of cylindrical holes are arranged along edges of an upper surface of the magnesium sulfate substrate layer, and a buffer structure is arranged in each of the cylindrical holes; the buffer structure includes a rubber base which fits a bottom of the cylindrical holes, and a support disk which is opposite to the solid wood layer. The rubber base and the support disk are connected by a rubber column.
SOUNDPROOF COMPOSITE FLOORING OF MAGENESIUM SULFATE AND SOLID WOOD
A BUILDING PANEL AND A METHOD TO PRODUCE SUCH A BUILDING PANEL
A building panel including a balancing layer, the balancing layer including a first wood veneer having a grain direction, a first sub-layer is arranged on a top surface of the balancing layer, the first sub-layer including a first binder, a core arranged on the first sub-layer, a surface layer arranged on the core, the surface layer, wherein a top surface of the surface layer is adapted to be a visible surface of the building panel when installed, wherein an extension of the balancing layer in a direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer is equal or less than an extension of the core in the direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer, and wherein the balancing layer is arranged within the extension of the core in the direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer.
Flooring system including a material displaying dilatant properties, and methods for installation of an athletic flooring system
A flooring system includes at least two discrete layers. The at least two discrete layers include at least a first discrete layer comprising variably responsive elastic subfloor. The at least a first discrete layer includes at least first sublayer having area elastic properties and at least a second sublayer, wherein at least a portion of the at least a second sublayer includes a first material displaying dilatant properties. The at least two discrete layers include at least a second discrete layer comprising a wear layer disposed on top of the at least a first discrete layer.
Formliner and method of use
A formliner, sheet, system, and methods of use and manufacture are provided in order to provide a product that can minimize and/or eliminate visible seaming between interconnected formliners during fabrication of a pattern on a curable material. In some embodiments, the formliner can comprise raised sections that define interrelated inner and outer dimensions. Thus, a plurality of formliners can be interconnected by overlaying raised sections thereof. Further, the formliner can comprise one or more detents and one or more protrusions to enable engagement between interconnected formliners without requiring adhesives. In this manner, formliners can be interconnected in a nested manner such that visible seaming between the interconnected formliners is reduced and/or eliminated.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A BUILDING ELEMENT AND A BUILDING ELEMENT
A method of manufacturing a building element, including applying a first layer on a first surface of a substrate, the first layer including a mixture of a binder, at least one filler and fine non-pigment cohesive particles, wherein an amount of the fine non-pigment cohesive particles in the mixture may be between 0.05 wt % and 9 wt % of the mixture, and applying heat and/or pressure to the first layer and/or the substrate thereby forming the building element. The disclosure further relates to such a building element.
