DECORATIVE FLOOR COVERING PRODUCTION METHOD
A method for producing a decorative floor covering comprises digitally printing an adhesive on a printing substrate thus generating an adhesive layer forming an at least one-dimensionally patterned decorative motif. The adhesive is a radiation-curable composition, preferably essentially free from non-reactive solvents and/or from photoinitiator. The printing substrate includes one of a core structure and a wear layer. After the printing of the adhesive, the adhesive layer on the printing substrate is contacted with the other one of the core structure and the wear layer. The core structure and the wear layer are then attached to each other by electron-beam curing the adhesive layer between them.
Floor tile including fabric material and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to: a floor tile including a fabric material, and comprising a balancing layer, a noise prevention layer, a functional sheet layer, a fabric material layer, and a surface coating layer; and a manufacturing method thereof and more specifically to a floor tile including a fabric material and a manufacturing method thereof, the floor tile being a functional tile having a natural texture and a three-dimensional effect possessed by the fabric material, having excellent durability, preventing delamination of the fabric material layer, exhibiting excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, and enhancing cleaning facilitation.
ANTI-SLIP APPARATUS, TEMPLATE THEREFOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
The present invention provides an anti-slip apparatus. The apparatus forms a planar, layered member and includes a glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) layer, a first resin layer, an abrasive or anti-slip material layer, and a second, top resin layer. Also provided is a template apparatus arranged to enable the installation/application to a floor or surface of an anti-slip apparatus as herein described.
FLOOR COVERING AND SET OF COMPONENTS FOR SUCH A FLOOR COVERING
A floor covering including a flexible underfloor having at least one foamed polymer layer; one or more sheet vinyl floor elements or LVT floor elements, one or more LVT floor elements, or one or more rigid LVT floor elements, an adhesive layer that bonds the underfloor and the floor element to one another.
SPLIT FLOORS AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A split floor contains multiple bottom plates and multiple top plates. The multiple bottom plates are fixed on a ground, and multiple top plates connected on the multiple bottom plates. A top of a respective one bottom plate is a plane. A coupling layer is formed on a top of the respective one bottom plate or a bottom of a respective one top plate, and the coupling layer is an adhesive layer or a vacuum layer. The respective one bottom plate includes at least one groove and at least one tenon formed on a peripheral side of the respective one bottom plate, such that any two adjacent bottom plates are connected. The respective one top plate includes at least one groove and at least one tenon formed on a peripheral side of the respective one top plate, such that any two adjacent top plates are connected.
SURFACE FINISH MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND PROCESS
This invention relates to a surface finish manufacturing system and process and more particularly, but not exclusively, to a contrast surface finish manufacturing system and process for producing boards with a wood texture finish. The surface finish manufacturing system comprises a top layer and a bottom layer where part of the top layer is removed to expose part of the bottom layer.
Panel, in Particular a Floor Panel or a Wall Panel
Provided is a panel including at least one first coupling part. The first coupling part includes an upward tongue, at least one upward flank lying at a distance from the upward tongue and an upward groove formed in between the upward tongue and the upward flank. The side of the upward tongue facing towards the upward flank is the inside of the upward tongue and the side of the upward tongue facing away from the upward flank is the outside of the upward tongue. At least a part of an upper side of the upward tongue is inclined relative to the plane of the panel, such that the upper side of the upward tongue includes a highest point. The upward tongue has a width, wherein the highest point of the upward tongue is arranged less than 50% of the width from the outside of the upward tongue.
Decorative panel
A floor, wall or ceiling panel comprises a core and a decorative top layer provided on the core. The core comprises a magnesium oxide-based board material, and wherein the aforementioned panel, on at least two opposite edges, is provided with coupling means allowing that two of such panels can be interlocked at the respective edges.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A VENEERED BOARD
A method for producing a veneered board having a veneer and a carrier board having improved use properties includes the steps of providing a veneer and a carrier board, providing a sheet of paper impregnated with binder, the sheet of paper being arranged in a stack of materials to be pressed between an upper face of the carrier board and a lower face of the veneer, and pressing the stack of materials to be pressed. The sheet of paper is impregnated with a binder, the sheet of paper impregnated with binder is pre-dried so that it is still sticky, at least one additive is applied onto the pre-dried, still sticky binder, and the sheet of paper which is impregnated with binder and provided with an additive is dried to a residual moisture content of up to 8%.
MULTILAYER FLOOR PANEL BASED ON A PVC PLASTISOL
Floor panels that includes a substrate and a multi-layered top layer directed attached to the substrate. The multi-layered top layer includes a décor layer that includes a fused PVC plastisol, a print pattern deposited as single or stacked dots of a digitally printed material on top of the décor layer, a wear-resistant layer including a fused PVC plastisol provided above the print pattern. Optionally, a lacquer layer is provided directly on top of the wear-resistant layer.
