SKIRTING AND ARCHITRAVE INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A connector piece to cover the gap between two skirting profiles disposed at an angle to each other includes a body having a bend to correspond to the angle. The body has a front portion, a rear portion, and a cavity between the front portion and the rear portion. The cavity has end portions for receiving respective end sections of the skirting profiles. The front portion forms the exposed decorative contour of the connector piece. The rear portion includes an engagement device for a respective rear surface of the skirting profiles when the end sections of the skirting profiles are received into the cavity.
System and method for securing power and communications cables and associated hardware within crown molding
A system for crown molding that enables safely incorporating electrical and communications cabling within crown molding by creating one or more protected paths which inherently prevent overly sharp bends in crown molding corners and by mitigating damage from penetrating punctures through a decorated face designed to fracture when improperly penetrated by a screw or nail, and enables the secure installation of hardware either concealed within the molding or securely and favorably positioned through the decorative face to view or sense a room, and enables additional cable capacity that is concealed within a light reflector to increase lighting efficacy as well as power and data delivery capacity.
RESILIENT FIXING ELEMENT AND A SKIRTING BOARD FIXING SYSTEM COMPRISING A SKIRTING BOARD AND SUCH A FIXING ELEMENT
A resilient fixing element (1) for releasingly connecting a skirting board with a floor covering, the fixing element (1) comprising a first arm (2) to be located under the floor covering, a second arm (3) to be located over the floor covering and to be engaged with the skirting board, and a connecting face (4) connecting the first arm (2) with the second arm (3), the fixing element (1) further comprising at least one resilient abutment element (6, 6) located in an internal space between the arms (2, 3), characterized in that the at least one resilient abutment element (6, 6) may take a first position in which it is constrained and blocked lying along the connecting face (4) and a second position in which it is extended into said internal space, wherein the fixing element (1) is CM provided with at least one engagement means (7) enabling to block the abutment element (6, 6) in its first position and to release the abutment element (6, 6) into its second position. A skirting board fixing system comprising a skirting board and the resilient fixing element according to the invention, in which the skirting board consists of a wall abutting covering arm (11) and a floor abutting arm (12), the arm (12) being engaged with the fixing element (1).
FIXTURE FOR LAYING A JOINT-COVERING/THRESHOLD-COVERING PROFILED ELEMENT AND KIT COMPRISING SUCH FIXTURE
A fixture for laying a joint-covering/threshold-covering profiled element and a kit having such fixture includes an insert to be arranged under the profiled element and which is substantially L-shaped in cross-section. The fixture further includes, with a first portion arranged parallel to the flooring surface and a second portion arranged substantially vertically at the side of the flooring surface.
Building skirting base
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Securement Devices for Securing Molding to a Surface, and Methods of Securing Molding to a Surface
This disclosure includes a securement device for securing molding to a surface. The securement device has a base attached to a surface. A stem extends from the base and has a top portion opposite from the base. A pair of flexible curved structures extends laterally from opposite sides of the stem toward the base.

Molding/trim concealed slide-on system
A concealed slide-on trim attachment method reduces the work effort and materials involved to refinish walls, ceilings, or anywhere trim is attached on a building using the conventional nailing method. When removing the existing trim, this invention eliminates the damage to the trim, walls, and ceilings, along with the issues previously associated with the current fastening process. With this invention, refinishing or renovation of the trim, walls, ceilings or any other associated building components can be completed without damage to surrounding surfaces or the existing trim, making the trim reusable. This is a simple way to attach and detach the trim when compared to the current nailing method or use of other fasteners. During initial construction, this invention may also reduce time and man-hours required for installation.
Cove flashing base support
The present invention relates to a polymeric cove base support for installation where flooring meets a wall, comprising extruded straight portions and molded exterior corner and end portions. The cove base support comprises an upper wall portion, a lower toe portion and an intermediate curved or concave cove. The wall portion is substantially perpendicular to the toe portion. The curved cove comprises an outer cove surface for facing the wall-floor interface and a spaced apart inner curved cove surface facing the room when installed. The spacing between the two curved coves for the straight portion creates an open area, where the open area includes a supporting or reinforcing bar juxtaposed between the curves, preferably positioned perpendicular between the two curve coves in the center region of the open area, and extending the length of the cove base. The corner and end portions have outside surfaces facing the wall and a floor, the outside surfaces defined in part by spaced ribs extending perpendicular to each of the toe and wall portions.
Assembly for coping and mounting trim molding
A method for installing a finish trim molding on a wall, the method includes mounting a trim holding device on the wall, the trim holding device comprising a mounting bracket configured to mount in facing contact with the wall, the mounting bracket further comprising a pair of mounting flanges disposed on the mounting bracket, the pair of mounting flanges being substantially horizontal and extending perpendicularly outward away from the mounting bracket and the wall; and mounting the finish trim molding onto the trim holding device, the finish trim molding defining a pair of channels, the pair of channels being substantially horizontal and defined perpendicular to a vertical rear surface of the finish trim molding, the pair of channels configured to receive the pair of mounting flanges.
