Panel
A panel includes a horizontally and vertically active locking system allowing two floor panels to be connected to each other at the sides thereof by providing one of these floor panels via a downward movement toward the other panel. The vertically active locking system comprises a locking element in the form of an insert, and the locking element comprises at least a blocking body. The blocking body is substantially or entirely made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
Mechanical locking system for floor panels
Ceramic and stone tiles are shown, which are provided with a locking system including a separate strip part connected to vertical and horizontal grooves formed in the tile edge. A set of ceramic or stone tiles including a first tile provided with a first edge and a second tile provided with a second edge wherein the tiles are provided with a locking system for locking the first edge to the second edge in a horizontal direction parallel with a tile surface and in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, said locking system includes a first and a second tongue and a strip part provided with a first and a second locking element.
FLOOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLOOR PANELS
A floor panel with a substrate and a top layer of laminate, which floor panel, at one or more edges, is provided with a lower edge region, wherein the laminate extends in one piece from the actual upper surface of the substrate over the lower edge region at least up to a point, wherein the laminate surface is situated at a level in a horizontal plane which intersects the substrate, and that the substrate material, at the location of the lower edge region, has the same or a lower density than at the actual upper surface of the substrate material. The invention also relates to a method for realizing such floor panels.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel with a substrate, including thermoplastic material, a decor provided thereon, and, on at least one pair of opposite edges, coupling parts realized at least partially from the substrate. The coupling parts allow a mechanical locking between two of such floor panels, where the substrate includes a rigid, non-foamed substrate layer of thermoplastic material.
Floor panel with separate clip for a vertical lock
A set of floor panels includes a first floor panel having a first holding profile at a lateral edge, a second floor panel having a second holding profile at a lateral edge joinable to the first holding profile by a substantially vertically oriented downward movement of the second floor panel, and a separate L-shaped clip including a horizontal leg, a vertical leg and a detent tab adjoining an upper end of the vertical leg, the clip inserted into a clip groove of the first holding profile, the detent tab attaining a locking position for vertically locking the holding profiles during or after the downward movement of the second floor panel, such that when the clip is inserted into the clip groove, the horizontal leg generates a tensioning force by which the upper end of the vertical leg is pushed against an upper delimiting wall of the clip groove.
SET OF MUTUALLY LOCKABLE PANELS
A set of mutually lockable panels comprises a first panel having an edge including a male part and a second panel having an edge including a female part for receiving the male part of the first panel in unlocked condition of the panels. The male part has an outer side which, in locked condition of the panels, is directed to the second panel in a direction substantially parallel to the front face of the first panel, and an opposite inner side which is provided with a locking surface. The female part comprises a locking member, which is pivotable about a pivot axis that extends substantially parallel to the edge of the second panel and an actuator for rotating the locking member from its unlocked condition to a locked condition of the panels.

FLOOR PANEL
Floor panel, with a horizontally and vertically active locking system allowing that two of such floor panels can be connected to each other at said sides by providing one of these floor panels, by means of a downward movement, in the other floor panel; wherein the vertically active locking system comprises a locking element in the form of an insert; wherein this locking element comprises at least a pivotable lock-up body; characterized in that the pivotable lock-up body comprises a support portion which is rotatable against a support surface pertaining to the floor panel concerned, and more particularly in a seat.
