Flexible rotary brush hub
A rotary cleaning apparatus for underwater cleaning including a housing, a battery, a motor and a flexible hub system. The flexible hub system includes a toroidal brush system coupled to a circular centrifugal pump assembly. The flexible hub system includes a flexible hub allowing the flexible hub system to bend out of plane. When the flexible hub system is rotated underwater at a curved surface, the brush system cleans the surface while the suction of the centrifugal pump assembly flexes the flexible hub system to evenly contact the surface.
Submersible electric-powered leaf vacuum cleaner
An electric-powered submersible vacuum cleaner for filtering water in a pool includes a base with an inlet port extending therethrough. A plurality of wheels extends from the lower surface of the base to facilitate movement of the cleaner over a surface of the pool. An impeller coaxially aligned with the inlet draws water and debris from the pool surface. An electric-powered drive train is coupled to the cleaner and configured to rotate the impeller. A discharge conduit in fluid communication with the inlet extends substantially normal with respect to the upper surface of the base and circumscribes the impeller to direct the flow of water/debris drawn through the inlet by the impeller. A filter mounted over the discharge conduit filters the debris from the drawn water and passes filtered water into the pool. A rotatable handle is attached to and facilitates manual movement of the cleaner over the pool surface.
Ultrasonic descaling device
A portable ultrasonic descaling device provides an improved method to remove calcium deposits and stains from the surfaces of swimming pools and other structures in contact with water. The handheld device comprises a water-resistant housing, within which are mounted an ultrasonic transducer, a fluid pumping system, a cleaning blade, a controller, and a power source. The ultrasonic transducer drives both the pumping system and the cleaning blade. The fluid pumping system draws fluids from a water source and through the device, cooling the transducer, cleaning blade, and surfaces being descaled by fore mounted spray nozzles. The power source comprises batteries to power the device. Lighting may also be fore-mounted for illumination and is connected to the circuitry along with a visual indicator. Direct contact of the calcified buildup with the oscillating cleaning blade and water spray from the nozzle heads causes breakdown of the deposits by cavitation.
Pool cleaner
A pool cleaner having a coarse filter and a fine filter. The coarse filter removes large pieces of debris. The fine filter removes fine particles from the water. In an embodiment, the fine filter is a filter bag made from a cloth material. In an embodiment, the coarse filter is a mesh grating with small holes. In an embodiment, the fine filter is supported by a rigid mesh placed downstream from the coarse filter.
Pool cleaner with removable battery pack
A mobile filter for removing solid contaminants from water such as swimming pools. The mobile filter has a handle maneuvered chassis, a powered propeller housed in a propeller housing, which propeller propels water through a removable bag mesh filter installable on the propeller housing. A submersible battery pack is slidably coupled to the handle, and is readily removable therefrom. An electrical conductor spans and connects the submersible battery pack and the submersible electric motor.
Wilson ICA H2O Turbine Cleaner
A hand tool apparatus for cleaning pool tile and plaster pool stains. The apparatus is made of chemical resistant plastics and a hydro turbine. The apparatus body houses two ports. One port is for the water intake line. A second port is for the suction line coming from the pool pump system. The suction line from the pool pump system then connects to the invention (hand held tool). The invention houses a hydro turbine. A detachable abrasion member is mounted at the end of the turbine shaft. The hydro turbine is activated by using pool suction from the pool pump system. A 3-way valve controls the water intake flow which in turn controls the desired RPM's (revolutions per minute). The combination of RPM's and abrasion member results in removal of unwanted calcium buildup on swimming pool tile or swimming pool plaster.
STREAMING VOLUMETRIC VIDEO FOR SIX DEGREES OF FREEDOM VIRTUAL REALITY
There is disclosed a system and method for streaming of volumetric three-dimensional video content. The system includes a separate rendering server and display device such that the rendering server receives pose and motion data from the mobile device and generates completed frames of video for the mobile device. The frames of video are transmitted to the mobile device for display. Predictive algorithms enable the rendering server to predict display device pose from frame-to-frame to thereby reduce overall latency in communications between the rendering server and display device.
AUTOMATIC SWIMMING POOL CLEANER FOR SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS
An automatic swimming pool cleaner generally includes a body and one or more turbines. The one or more turbines may be positionable on a bottom portion of the automatic swimming pool cleaner. In certain aspects, each turbine of the one or more turbines includes a plurality of blades arranged around a center axis of the turbine. Each turbine of the one or more turbines may include a non-uniform height, and a maximum height of the plurality of blades is at the center axis.
POOL CLEANING DEVICE
A pool cleaning device for cleaning pools includes a tubular wand having a brush portion and a battery portion. The tubular wand incudes a first shaft telescopically coupled within a second shaft. A battery housing is affixed to the battery portion and a power source is positioned within the battery housing. A motor housing is pivotably attached to the brush portion such that the motor housing is movable between an upwardly angled position and a downwardly angled position. A motor is positioned within the motor housing. An output shaft is rotatably coupled to the motor. The output shaft extends outwardly from the motor. A bristle brush is removably coupled to the output shaft, wherein the motor rotates the output shaft, thereby rotating the bristle brush. Pivoting the motor housing pivots the bristle brush between the upwardly angled position and the downwardly angled position.
UNDERWATER CLEANER
The invention relates to an underwater cleaner (1), especially for a swimming pool, comprising a housing (2) in which an especially battery-powered pump having an electric motor (4) and an impeller (3) is arranged, wherein the housing (2) comprises an inlet opening (23) and an outlet opening (22) for a flow path, said flow path forming a first channel section (13) originating from the first inlet opening (23) and a second channel section (14) accommodating the impeller (3), wherein the second channel section (14) is arranged in an inclined manner in relation to the first channel section (13), and wherein the impeller axis (18) is arranged in an inclined manner in relation to a normal (24) to the opening cross-section of the inlet opening (23). The ratio A/B of a first cross-sectional surface A to a second cross-sectional surface B is less than 2.8, wherein the first cross-sectional surface A is defined by the smallest flow cross-section in the first channel section (13) and the second cross-sectional surface B by the smallest flow cross-section of the second channel section (14) directly at the pump inlet.
In order to obtain the simplest possible underwater cleaner (1) with the lowest production costs, which offers high suction power with low flow losses even in the case of impellers (3) of relatively large diameters, the first channel section (13) converges continuously into the second channel section (14).
