Shading assembly
A shading assembly is configured to provide a shaded area to a user. The shading assembly has a three-point connector locking system with a lower bracket having a first cord opening, a second cord opening, and a pin opening. A first horizontal pole is fit inside the three-point connector pole having a first horizontal pole first section joined a first horizontal pole second section with a first horizontal pole bungee section. A vertical pole is fit inside the three-point connector and having a first vertical pole section joined to a second vertical pole section with a vertical pole bungee. A shade having a first shade pocket arranged around the first horizontal pole and a second shade pocket arranged around the second horizontal pole. Wind blows the shade away from the shade pocket creating a shaded area for the user.

Portable Shading Assembly
A portable shading assembly for provision of shade using a tethered panel includes a mast and a panel. The mast has a bottom configured to couple to a surface. The panel is flexible and has a respective opposing side reversibly couplable to a top of the mast. The mast is positioned substantially equally distant from opposing edges of the panel. A plurality of tethers is coupled to and extends from the panel. Each of a plurality of stakes is reversibly couplable to a respective tether distal from the panel. The panel is positioned to couple to the mast. The mast and the stakes are configured to couple to the surface. The tethers are positioned to couple the panel to the stakes. The panel is positioned above the surface to use the natural force of the wind to inflate the panel and hold it aloft to provide shade to a user.
Collapsible hand-carried hunting blind
A blind for use by a hunter may be hand carried or statically mounted on the ground. A planar sheet of fabric is held taut by a metal hoop; the blind folds upon itself for storage. At least one view port is at the upper end of the blind. A handle on the rear of the blind comprises crossing straps; it is positioned between two side straps, so the blind may carried by one hand or by forearm. For static upright use, a pole slips into one of a widthwise or a lengthwise pocket on the rear of the blind. A segmented pole collapses to fit the dimension of a folded-upon-itself blind. Bows for shooting arrows are attached to the rear of the blind by a combination of clamps and straps. A lengthwise elongate opening that can be partly or fully closed by a flap enables shooting of an arrow through the blind.
Cubular utility barrier enclosure (C.U.B.E.)
A scalable, light-weight, portable, self-supporting and adjustable, multi-purpose, cubular utility barrier enclosure (C.U.B.E.) structural system, made of a membrane that defines a space and resiliently flexible poles, that maintain a stable shape as the membrane is pushed out by the poles connected together in flexed pole loops contained within the space, that are caused to bow in a flexed condition and are biased in place by the membrane when the poles are positioned in a freestanding manner, with adjustable section lengths that slip fit connect together to form various flexed pole loop configurations in proportion with the membrane to be biased in place, the membrane is constituted by pliable mesh that is substantially impermeable to insects, comprised of durable, high-tenacity synthetic fiber, resistant to puncture, prolong exposure to the sun, wind, and weather elements, substantially waterproof, thermally insulated, fire resistant, and configured in various shapes and sizes.

Portable barrier
A portable barrier includes a junction assembly having a first junction support, a second junction support, and a third junction support, a first fastener, and a second fastener. The first junction support is spaced apart from the second junction support to define a first junction space. The second junction support is spaced apart from the third junction support to define a second junction space. The first fastener defines a first axis and extends through the first junction support, the second junction support, and the third junction support. The second fastener defines a second axis and extends through the first junction support, the second junction support, and the third junction support. And the first axis is spaced apart from the second axis. The portable barrier further includes a pedestal assembly including a plurality of legs that are movable with respect to each other. The plurality of legs includes a first leg and a second leg. The portable barrier additionally includes a cover assembly including a plurality of arms that are movable with respect to each other, the plurality of arms includes a first arm and a second arm, and a covering connected to the first arm and the second arm. Also, the portable barrier includes a supplemental component pivotally coupled to the junction assembly. The first strut pivots with respect to the junction assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode. In addition, the second strut pivots with respect to the junction assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode. And the junction assembly pivots with respect to the pedestal assembly about the first axis during movement of the portable barrier between the storage mode and the protection mode.
