Apparatus and method for dispensing and tensioning fence wire
An apparatus and method for dispensing and tensioning fence wire, the apparatus comprising a support frame extending along a longitudinal length between a front and a rear, the frame adapted to be moved along a path proximate to the fence to be formed and a rotational support adapted to rotatably support at least one reel of fence wire thereon, an adjustable tensioning unit adapted to be selectively secured to a fence wire and a drive unit wherein the drive unit is adapted to selectively control the tensioning unit to apply tension to the fence wire. The method comprising rotatably supporting at least one reel of fence wire on a rotational support, securing a first end of the fence wire to one of a plurality of fence posts and moving the frame along a path proximate to the fence to be formed, dispensing the fence wire along the path. Securing an adjustable tensioning unit to a second end of the fence wire, selectively controlling the tensioning unit to apply tension to the fence wire and securing a second end of the fence wire to one of the plurality of fence posts.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING AND TENSIONING FENCE WIRE

Securing an adjustable tensioning unit to a second end of the fence wire, selectively controlling the tensioning unit to apply tension to the fence wire and securing a second end of the fence wire to one of the plurality of fence posts.

RAZOR WIRE CONTAINER WITH ACCESS OPENING
A razor wire barrier is disclosed. In some embodiments, an enclosure includes a plurality of panel sections rotatably coupled together, at least one panel section of the plurality of panel sections including a first frame component directly coupled to a second frame component of an adjacent panel section. The enclosure may further include a razor wire panel extending across each of plurality of panel sections.

A portable electric fence kit for the erection of a temporary electric fence comprising: a primary fence section which is portable and non-electrified having two or more poles, a secondary fence section having two or more insulated poles secured to the poles of the primary fence section and having the ability to be electrified using a plurality of wires spanning the distance between the insulated poles, a plurality of wires spanning the distance between the insulated poles, system controls operationally associated with the fence sections, a power source operationally associated with the fence sections and the system controls, the power source providing electricity to the secondary fence sections and a coupling means which allows for one section of the fence kit and its wires to be coupled to another section of the fence kit and its wires.
Barb tape and barb tape panel
A barb tape (10) includes: (i) a first wire (14, 114); (ii) a second wire (16, 116) that is spaced from, and extends substantially parallel to the first wire (14, 114); and (iii) an elongate strip material (12, 112) defining: a spine (18, 118) and a plurality of barbs (22, 122) extending from at least one major edge (20) of the spine (18, 118), wherein the spine (18, 118) crimps the first (14, 114) and second (16, 116) wires.
FENCING SYSTEM
A method for inhibiting ingress of small animals into a utility installation and/or a municipal site includes the step of: surrounding the utility installation and/or municipal site with a fencing system. The fencing system includes: a plurality of anchored posts, a fencing material spans the posts and is affixed thereto, the fencing material has an upper edge portion, and an animal barrier extends along and is affixed to the upper edge portion, the animal barrier is semi-annular in vertical cross-section with an outward convex surface and an inward concave surface, the concave surface faces the fencing material. Whereby, when the small animal attempts ingress over the fencing system, the animal barrier inhibits that ingress to the utility installation and/or municipal site.
Wire barrier
A barrier includes at least one support panel having a first face and a second face and a first bend intermediate the first face and the second face is provided. The support panel is deployable from a folded and packed condition to a freestanding condition, and is re-foldable to a packed condition. In the freestanding condition at least one expandable wire coil is operatively attached to the support panel to form the barrier. The expandable wire coil may be made of barbed wire, razor wire, or concertina wire. The support panel includes a diagonal brace and may include a generally horizontal brace. Retention cable may be strung through the wire coil to retain the wire coil to the support panel. The barrier may be provided as a deployment kit including the barrier materials in a packed condition. A method of deploying the barrier is provided.
RAZOR WIRE BARRIER FOR ACCESS POINT SECURITY
A razor wire barrier is disclosed. In some embodiments, the razor wire barrier includes a frame including a floor and a plurality of walls defining an interior area. The razor wire barrier may further include a first section of razor wire within the interior area, and a component receptacle extending along the floor, adjacent the first section of razor wire. The component receptacle is operable to receive a component of a machine for moving the frame. In some embodiments, the component receptacle is a hollow member operable to receive a forklift prong. In some embodiments, the razor wire barrier may further include a second section of razor extending along the plurality of walls. In some embodiments, the first section of razor wire includes one or more coils of concertina razor wire, and the second section of razor wire includes one or more panels of razor wire.
Apparatus, method and system for securing items to a post
An apparatus comprising an elongate element having a retaining portion, and two projecting portions. In one form, hooked ends of each projecting portion are configured to extend through, and interact with, apertures in a flange of the post. In another form, the projecting portions are of different lengths, such that the position of the retaining portion is variable with respect to a given pair of apertures.
