There is provided a stackable fencing panel and a method for stacking fencing panels. The fencing panel including: a first outside post including a post depth; a second outside post opposing the first outside post and including the post depth; and two or more horizontal cross-members each intermediate the first outside post and the second outside post, each horizontal cross-member including a cross-member depth, each horizontal cross-member including a narrowed section proximate both the first outside post and the second outside post, the narrowed sections including a narrowed depth less than the post depth.

A crash fence assembly (10) including: first and second uprights (12) locatable spaced from each other upstanding from the ground; and a first fence panel (14) extendible between the first and second uprights (12), the first fence panel (14) comprising: one or more barrier elements (16A, 16B) configured to define a barrier (17) between the first and second uprights (12); a first cross-panel member (18) configured to span between the first and second uprights (12); a first upstanding brace (19) configured to be secured to the first cross-panel member (18) at least a first span distance from the first upright (12) to distribute impact load, wherein the first upstanding brace (19) has a greater stiffness than the or each barrier element (16A, 16B).

The present invention relates to a hinged quick installation fence, comprising at least two fence piece units and a ground inserting rod, the fence piece unit includes at least two fence pieces and a connecting hinge, the fence pieces are rotatably connected together by the connecting hinge, and the leftmost fence piece is provided with a left hinge member, the rightmost fence piece is provided with a right hinge member, the adjacent fence piece units are connected in pairs correspondingly through the left hinge member and the right hinge member, and the ground inserting rod is inserted into the left hinge member and the right hinge member and fixed, and the fence piece units form a fence for use. The advantageous effects of the present invention are as following: the hinged quick installation fence can be transported, installed and stored more conveniently by combining two or more fence pieces into a fence piece unit, thereby saving manpower and time costs.

An adjustable section latch and method of using thereof is disclosed. The adjustable section latch may be used to interlock two section poles of fence sections of a removable mesh pool fence, where the aforementioned section poles are situated at a section break gap in the removable mesh pool fence. The adjustable section latch may have a bracket body with a plurality of adjusting holes on one end and a keyhole at another end. One of the adjusting holes may be used to fasten the bracket body to a first section pole, while the keyhole on the bracket body may be used to receive a screw eye fastened to a second section pole. The adjustable section latch may be used in a process of interlocking the section poles that makes such latching more convenient than conventional latching mechanisms.

A gate post column is disclosed, the gate post column has a substantially rectangular cross-section comprising a first substantially flat wall on a first end, two, elongated, flat outside walls immediately adjacent on either side of the first substantially flat wall and opposite one another, the two, elongated flat outside walls each including at a second end opposite the first substantially flat wall, two opposed grooves, the two opposed grooves for receiving a slot cover, such that when the slot cover is in place, the appearance of the two, opposed, elongated, flat outside walls is substantially smooth and flat along its entire width, and a slot, directly opposite the first substantially flat wall at the second end, the slot of sufficient width to accommodate a plurality of slats therewithin the slot.

An adjustable section latch and method of using thereof is disclosed. The adjustable section latch may be used to interlock two section poles of fence sections of a removable mesh pool fence, where the aforementioned section poles are situated at a section break gap in the removable mesh pool fence. The adjustable section latch may have a bracket body with a plurality of adjusting holes on one end and a keyhole at another end. A multi-component installation clip and method for installation of panel components. The multi-component installation clip includes a base member, a first clipping member and a second clipping member. Each of the first and second clipping members have clipping features. The first clipping feature and the second clipping feature are configured to engage each other and induce rotation as the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion are drawn together. The rotation induced is a pivoting of the first gripping portion and the second gripping portion about the center axis in a direction toward each other to grip a panel component. A second attachment portion includes an attachment feature arranged and disposed to engage a receiving portion of the base member.

A universal support rail for a horizontal fence assembly has main body with a cross-sectional profile having a rail tongue extending to be retained within a fence plank groove and a rail groove formed to retain a fence plank tongue. The universal support rail may be positioned on top of the fence plank, or under the fence plank or between two fence planks to retain a plurality of fence planks in a stacked configuration between a pair of adjacent U-shaped members. A horizontal fence assembly comprises a pair of U-shaped members attached to a pair of coaligned and spaced apart vertical posts or other flat vertical surfaces defining a vertical channel for receiving at least one universal support rail and a plurality of fence planks. A method is provided for assembling a horizontal fence.

A modular fencing system comprises two or more substantially vertical posts, one or more panels, and one or more track members. Each of the posts comprises abase and an upright member extending from the base. The upright member comprises a plurality of surfaces, and at least one of the surfaces defines a channel. Each of the track members comprises an attachment portion configured to engage within the channel and a receiving portion configured to engage with one or more of the panels.

A privacy fence system includes an upright fence column incorporating at least two slots for accepting a plurality of privacy fence slats. The privacy fence slats are primarily a single layer of aluminum of sufficient structural integrity that may stand upright, unaided, when joined between two upright fence columns. The privacy fence slats incorporate a pair of mating lips and tines at their bottom and top, respectively, for enabling the privacy fence slats to be joined together thereby forming a uniform whole for the entire height of the privacy fence. The privacy fence system components are sufficiently lightweight that may be cut with typical hand tools available to most contractors so that a privacy fence created using the privacy fence system may be cut to size as desired on site without welding or special tools. Covers may obscure connecting means between the upright fence column and privacy fence slats.
