A fence installation apparatus that is operably coupled to a vehicle wherein the vehicle is traversed along a desired fence line while the fence apparatus is utilized to provide installation of a fence. The fence installation apparatus includes a drive assembly support frame having a rear support member and front support member. The rear support member and the front support member having operably coupled thereto a first drive member and a second drive member. The first drive member and second drive member are configured to drive fence posts into the ground. The fence installation apparatus further includes a first wire dispenser that is rotatably mounted in order to provide distribution of a wire during fence installation. A second wire dispenser is further included to dispense a second wire and further has a pole mount and pole member coupled thereto for distribution of fence accessories.

A barbed wire installation apparatus for easily installing barbed wire includes a hitch bracket to selectively engage a hitch receiver of a vehicle. A horizontal cross member is coupled to the hitch bracket. A plurality of cradle arms is coupled to the cross member. A pair of spindles is coupled to the plurality of cradle arms to secure a roll of barbed wire. A pair of upright members is coupled to the cross member. A winch is coupled to the hitch bracket and has a cable in operational communication with a topmost pulley of a plurality of pulleys coupled to the pair of upright members. A control box is coupled to the pair of upright members. A wire gripper is coupled to the winch. The wire gripper is in operational communication with a distal end of the cable to secure the barbed wire.

A wire strainer including a drive means having a mounting block with a drum mounted for rotation relative thereto, and an actuation means connected to the drum for selectively causing the drum to rotate relative to the mounting block. A line member is operatively connected to the drum in a manner such that rotation of the drum in one direction causes the drum to pull the line member relative to the mounting block. Locking means is operatively connected to the mounting block and adapted to selectively lock the drum against rotation in the opposite direction. Gripping means is operatively connected to the mounting block, wherein the gripping means is adapted to be releasably attached to a wire to be strained. The line member includes securing means for releasably securing the line member to a strainer post or similar anchor.

Method and apparatus for an assembly which is attachable to a skid-steer or similar front end loader or tractor which is used to install fence wire. The assembly contains a plurality of spindles upon which rolls of wire can be placed, which wire passes through a threader which organizes and separates the wire, then through a clamping device operated hydraulically using electric and hydraulic controllers, then over a roller and around an upright wire guide whereupon the wire is attached to a fence post in a conventional manner. The wire is clamped using a clamping member operated by a hydraulic cylinder to clamp and lock the wire so that the wire can be stretched by the engine powered skid-steer, front end loader or the like so that the wire can be tightly attached to each fence post in a series operation. The plurality of spindles is disposed on an upright central stanchion attached to a platform so that the wire can be easily placed on and removed from the spindle.

A cable barrier separator apparatus for separating cables from the barrier support so that the barrier support can be replaced. The cable barrier separator apparatus includes an actuator assembly; and an engagement assembly in communication with the actuator assembly for separating cables from support devices.
